Description

The property is situated within a modern development (Margaret place) close to the city centre. The property is luxuriously furnished. Margaret place is situated just off Holburn Street one of the main arterial routes to the city. The area is well served by public transport and local shops with ASDA, Sainsbury, B&Q and Boot's all within walking distance. The spacious lounge has a large bay window which allows a good deal of natural light and there is ample room for entertaining or relaxing.

I will be at the address to meet you I can also arrange airport or train station taxi pickups if you so desire. I am also available on the phone at anytime while you are at the apartment to answer any query and there is a property manager that stays 2 minutes from the apartment and is always at your service and can be with you within 5 minutes should you require support (cleaning, fresh sheets, fresh towels etc) We can also offer a trip to Asda or Sainsbury’s for your shopping if you so desire and we can help you plan your movement around aberdeen, with information on available transport (bus, trains or taxis) and advise on what there is to do and see in aberdeen.

“Definately would not recommend. Stinks of cigarette smoke and dirty.”

On entering the apartment the smell of cigarette smoke was over powering. Bedrooms were a decent size. In one bedroom the carpet was stained and inside the wardrobe floor had a black ridge around it from lack of cleaning. The bedding wasn't ironed and looked like someone had already slept in the bedt. The blind in bedroom 2 didn't work properly. The living room had a dirty cream coloured suite and the roller blinds were very badly stained with smoke, carpet had cigarette burns, dining chair seats were very badly stained. There was an old computer chair, half a computer chair, crappy side table and a red plastic stool in the living room so I put it in the unused bedroom. Kitchen lacked pans and utensils.The bathroom had mould and mildew around the bath, Holes in the wall covered with tape, dirty toilet brush and a huge mirror propped up against the wall behind the sink. There was 2 towels which were mean't to be white were a disgusting grey colour. We went out and bought new towels as I wouldn't use them. I had to clean the apartment from top to bottom to try to get rid of the smell of smoke. The windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them so I had to clean them too.
