Our modern newly refurbished 2 bedroom self catering apartments are ideal for your stay in Aberdeen whether it be business or pleasure. All of our properties have recently been fully refurbished and include complimentary WIFI and Sky TV.

Each property has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with all mod cons (including dishwasher and washer dryer), double bedrooms with integrated wardrobes, a spacious lounge with sitting area and flat screen TV/Sky TV and bathroom with bath & shower facilities.

Portland Street is located within walking distance of Aberdeeen city centre and its many amenities and attractions such as HM Theatre, Aberdeen Music Hall, Union Street and the popular Union Square Shopping Centre.

Each property has its own parking space and Aberdeen Train & Bus Station is also located within 500 yards of Portland Street making it an ideal commuter location or holiday destination for those travelling by train or bus.

Other nearby attractions are the very popular and new restored Duthie Park which is bound by the River Dee and its scenic footpath which is popular with walkers and cyclists alike. Aberdeen Beach Boulevard is also located within 1.2 miles of Portland Street.

Aberdeen Bus and Train station are only 500 metres away from our apartments. Taxis are also available from the Train Station. Aberdeen City Centre, Union Street, Union Square Retail Centre are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

“Excellent”

Beautiful flat absolutely immaculate condition had everything she needed, very handy for my daughter who rented it for 5 weeks on a work placement. Owner always on hand and always obliging. Excellent parking and very safe. I will definitely use Portland flats AB11 again. Thank you again Kindest regards Audrey & Abi

“Great City Centre Apartment”

The flat is centrally located in Aberdeen ideal for both tourists and business travellers. Apartment is well furnished and was presented very clean. Due to work commitments we arrived later than the opening hours of their office, however the owners mother met us on site which was very kind. The only fault was that the WIFI wouldn't work.

“Flawless.”

We stayed at this flat for only one night, and it was perfect. We travel a lot, stay in various places, but this is the best. Comfy, warm, modern without being imposing. And a very competent manager.
