STRICTLY No Smoking. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the flat, not even with windows open. Smoking is not allowed either in any of the communal areas. Smoking is allowed in the communal gardens. Collect cigarette ends.

Pets are not allowed.

Please wash all dishes/utensils that you use in the kitchen and treat the property as you would your own, or even better.

No hen/bachelor parties allowed.

Please be considerate of the neighbours. Keep noise and disturbance to a minimum normal level.
