Villa Aliki is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Located on a hill with magnificent sea view, Villa Aliki is a perfect holiday destination for families and groups! This striking residence is surrounded by the nature offering total tranquility but at the same time it is close to all the amenities. The three-storey 170 m2 villa is furnished with elegant and minimal styles and it can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 9 people if necessary.
Layout
Ground Floor
Entering the ground floor’s independent apartment guests will find a kitchenette, as well as a king size bed (1,60X2,00). A second bedroom offering a bunk bed, as well as a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub are also available on this level. Also, the room offers a sofa bed and it's airy and sunny.
First Floor
On the first floor there is an open plan area consisted of living room and kitchen. The living area features a comfortable sofa, open fireplace, 50’’ HDTV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday and has direct access to the outdoor dining area with gas barbecue facilities and the pool. A bedroom with a two single beds (that can be joined together upon request) also offering outdoor access, and an additional bathroom with shower, double sinks and a washing machine also exist on the first floor.
Second Floor
A staircase leads to the second floor, where the master bedroom is located. The room features a king size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as exit to the large veranda with a pergola.
Outdoor area
The spacious and beautifully landscaped outdoor of the Villa offers beautiful views of the sea and a variety of facilities which include:
- A private, 50 sq. m swimming pool
- Fully equipped gas barbecue
- Spacious veranda on the second floor with an outdoor sitting area and amazing sea views
- Shaded outdoor dining table by the pool
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, chairs and hammock) for relaxing in the balconies, the veranda and the gardens around the villa
- Parking space for 3-4 cars inside the Villa premises
- A seesaw, slide and table will entertain the younger guests, while the basketball hoop will keep the older busy with a friendly game.
- Outside the Villa a path leads to a small rocky coast where you could go for a swim.
