Welcome to Villa Jardin: a charming villa set within the serenity of a timeless tropical garden. Mature trees and native flora create a sanctuary where you and your family can relax. Villa Jardin is a separate 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in a small condominium complex with the largest pool in Akumal. It is perfect for a larger family or multi-generational group seeking plenty of space and yet privacy. The villa is located right next to the pool and only steps from the beach.

Villa Jardin has 1800 sq ft of living space. The large living and dining areas downstairs provide a comfortable gathering space. A beautiful stained glass window overlooks the dining table. On the second floor there is an outdoor patio perfect for private sunning, twilight dinners or star gazing. The main level is accessed from a front, screened in, patio area which overlooks the pool. Two of the three bedrooms are on the main level. The first is furnished with a king bed, the second with two beds, one a single and the other a double. Both bedrooms enjoy an enclosed garden area. A full bath services the two bedrooms. The upper level consists of the large master suite, romantically sitting under a high brick domed ceiling. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and enjoys a private bath.

Décor is done in the warm natural colors of the Yucatan region with special emphasis on the blues and greens of Akumal’s surrounding jungle and beaches. Throughout the villa, are examples of the pottery, fabrics and artisinal crafts collected by the owners

Getting around

Akumal is in the middle of the Mayan Riviera, so we are close to everything. If you want to explore, then we do recommend a car as driving is very easy. But if you just want to chill, then you don't really need. Taxis are abundant, and we do have a great little van transportation system, called 'Collectivios'.

Interaction with guest

We have on site dedicated management and housekeeping staff to help with the little details in making your vacation special. Also, we provide have a comprehensive Planning Guide with maps, and are available to discuss items and questions before their trip. We can help with airport transfers and other specifics in planning your vacation: cooking, tours, WHATEVER!!

Response from the owner Thanks for the review! Many of our repeat guests to our complex, La Sirena liken it to being a micro-resort as we have a beautiful large pool and also plenty of space on our large private beach that we keep just for all us.
