This stone built detached cottage is situated just outside the village of Allihies in County Cork and sleeps seven people in four bedrooms.Allihies Lodge is a stone built detached cottage, situated 1 mile from the village of Allihies on the County Cork coast. The cottage can sleep seven people in four bedrooms made up of two doubles (one with an ensuite), one twin and one single. The cottage also contains a family bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside of the cottage is a lawned garden to the side and off road parking for up to six cars. With stunning coastal views from the cottage and with fabulous walking available close by, Allihies Lodge is a wonderful cottage, no matter what you are looking for from your holiday.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, CD/radio, library of books and games. Fuel and power charged by meter reading. Starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for 6 cars. Lawned garden to the side. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Region: County Cork is full of truly breathtaking natural beauty. With unspoilt beaches, historic castles, and modern visitor attractions, there's plenty for all ages to absorb and there is always plenty to see and do in County Cork.

Town: The village of Allihies in County Cork overlooks Ballydonegan Bay with its magnificent quartz strand, a direct result of the mining era. The village lies on The Ring of Beara, a tourist trail of about 195 kilometres (121 miles) circumnavigating the peninsula. Attractions nearby include Dursey Island, which is linked to the mainland by a Cable Car and is the only such ride in Europe to cross over water. There are also many coastal and countryside walks and quaint villages to enjoy.
