Villa Almyrida is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa located in the seaside village of Almyrida near Chania. The villa is built on a 600sqm plot and has a 160sqm interior area, spacious terraces, a private pool and a well kept garden with lawn, exotic trees and local plants. Situated only a minute walk away from the beach it promises an unforgettable holiday to its guests.
The ground level consists of a spacious living room with Satellite TV and a comfortable dining table for eight people, a kitchen with all necessary equipment and a double bedroom with a romantic iron bed and its own bathroom with a shower. This level has access to the garden and pool area.
Stairs lead to the upper floor where three more bedrooms are. Two doubles and one twin, each with its own bathroom with a shower. On this level there is also a hammam room ideal for relaxation!
Villa Almyrida has a private pool with an adjoining area for children, sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. There are spacious terraces with a seating area and a BBQ- wood oven with a dining table, while the house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees, flowers and lawn.
