Vepri is the perfect base for a tranquil holiday or home in the sun.
It is for the discerning-a quiet and gated private luxury development comprising a small number of apartments and townhouses surrounding a communal piazza.
The swimming pool is simply wonderful, set amidst rolling countryside and an olive grove with a BBQ area, WC, shower and a sun bathing deck for lovers of the Tuscan sun.
Views from Vepri are magnificent, with rolling countryside and vineyards providing a picture-perfect backdrop.

The apartment has a wonderful balcony for basking in the Tuscan sun and al fresco dining. There is also a private garden, with a stunning view and modern fittings but traditional styling in keeping with the surroundings.

“Lovely accomodation, clean, modern and well looked after with a large pool”
Had a lovely time at Vepri. Really enjoyed the lovely large pool. The accommodation was modern, spacious and very well looked after. Vepri is a small complex of apartments and houses/villas, which we found still peaceful. Vepri is approx 30-40 mins from Arezzo and around the same amount of time to Sienna. Sienna is lovely and certainly worth a visit. It is easy to catch the train from Bucini into Florence - taking just over an hour on the train (you can buy trains at the local station or at the newsagents at the top of the hill near the station). We had a lovely time at Vepri, I wish we could of stayed longer as I would of also liked to visit Perugia and Lake Trasimeno but we just ran out of time. I didn't have enough time to enjoy the pool and sunshine for longer either! This is a great place for a peaceful holiday and for exploring the area. Thankyou Derek and Selma.

“Perfect location to explore Tuscany”
A comfortable, well equipped apartment with stunning views of the countryside. Never got too hot at night despite daytime temps of up to 36. The pool was an ideal way to prepare or relax after long trips to Florence,Pisa. etc We made the long drive to Rome but it was ok. The roads are quite good and if you come from London anywhere is better! We loved the wifi as the TV despite being a neat Samsung only had Italian channels. Overall highly recomended. Finally a big thank you to Selma. Sadly we had to cancel last years planned booking but are so pleased that we made it this year and Selmas kind help made it all very easy for us.

“Relaxing stay with beautiful scenery”
My husband, 15 year old daughter and myself have not long returned from Tuscany and would like to say how beautiful the surrounding anea is. We stayed at Vepri which is a lovely contemporary apartment located just up a side road which gives easy access to a main road. It is well looked after and has wonderful views from the bedroom windows and you can also see the swimming pool (only about 6 sunbeds but some grass area available). Not suitable for people with a disability due to the steps down to the pool. Selma was very good in responding to any requests etc. The location was good access for Sienna or Arezzo both well worth a visit. If you wish to eat out there isn't anything within walking distance, however we ate out a couple of times at a restaurant called 'Latina's' which is located behind a campsite located a couple of miles down the road. Fantastic food and big portions - booking is advisable. We would definitely come back here again.
