Description
The "Podere La Villa" is located in Lucignano (414 m asl) in a border area between Tuscany and Umbria, easily accessible as it located close to the A1. The favorable geographical position puts him at the center of an area to places of great historical and artistic interest, directly connected, such as Arezzo, Siena and Perugia. The "Podere the position Villa" thus allows a perfect combination of tranquility, relaxation, life in the countryside, proximity of art and cultural sites. In front of the Tuscan country house, to a virtual frame the pool and the surrounding vineyards, there is the valley with the hills of Siena, an amazing landscape that makes unforgettable vacation at this farm in the countryside between Siena and Arezzo. Staying at Podere La Villa is like stepping into an atmosphere of yesteryear. It 'just up the cypress to take a dip in the past. Three large oak trees, its friendly owners, welcome to those who want to spend days of complete rest. And 'possible to walk undisturbed the entire estate among olive trees, grape vines, wheat fields and sunflowers, appreciating the infinity of views offered by the surrounding landscape of the Tuscan countryside. The alternative is to enjoy a relaxing swim in the rooftop pool makes this country a small "paradise" The bedrooms, all with private bathroom with shower, and large living room with sofa, are located on three levels and each has the name of a the women of the family. Three rooms are located in the middle of the structure and is accessed by a single input: the room "Daniela" body is on the second floor, the "Cristina" room and the "Claudia" room on the first floor. The rooms "Assumption", "Silvana" and "Primetta" are located on the ground floor, each with independent access. All the rooms, each different in color and size, have tiled floors and ceilings with wooden beams, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The furniture has been designed respecting the rural tradition with original rustic furniture, while not neglecting the comfort of guests. On the first floor there is a dining kitchen with a large fireplace. In the annex adjacent to the swimming pool is a large dining room, a kitchen and a patio private road leading to the "Podere la Villa".
