Description
Originally a 16th century farmhouse, Villa Seccarille is situated in the family's estate of over 60 hectares of fields and woodlands, on the lower slopes of the Appennine Mountains. The villa offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains in this wild area of Tuscany and gives a unique sensation of freedom and privacy.
The owners recently undertook a complete renovation. Brand new, contemporary kitchen, 5 luxurious bedrooms, 5 modern bathrooms, beautiful emerald green marbles, huge windows overlooking the gardens and rolling mountains. Very family friendly with Family Room and Family Bathroom, Media Room, cots, high chairs, table tennis, sunken 3 metre trampoline etc.
The property can accommodate up to 11 people and includes a large private swimming pool, lush tropical garden, tennis court and basketball court.The family have olive groves, where they make their own olive oil, and the villa is surrounded by lush flora, including grape and kiwi vines and fig trees.
The villa has 5,000 sqft arranged over two levels and has many terraces, offering a wide choice of sitting and dining areas. In addition there is wireless, subscription satellite television and a fully equipped entertainment area.
There are a wide selection of historic villages and towns to visit in the area, including Caprese Michelangelo, the birthplace of Michelangelo.

“My family and I don't generally go back to places, but this was our second stay at Villa Seccarille and yes, it's a wow.”
My family and my parents stayed at Villa Secarille ten years ago and we all finally managed to get back there in August '16. It was even more beautiful than we remembered. We spent 70% of our time at the property as it was a joy, eating together on the large balcony terrace, swimming in the very generous sized pool, reading, enjoying the breathtaking view, and indeed star gazing at night as light pollution is nil at this location. We had memorable meals together in the nearby Piazza Grande in Arezzo old town, in IL Feudo Del Vicario Restaurant in Anghiari hill top town, in Caprese Di Michelangelo, and in the beautiful outdoor restaurant only 400 yards away, La Locanda Del Viandante. Happy Days

“Excellent”
We spent one week at the villa, 3 generations, 6 adults, 4 kids. The place is very well equipped, everything you need, very spacious, intelligently designed, very nice pool. We had a great time.

“Perfect balance between relaxation and activity”
Villa Seccarille is the perfect hide away for rest and relaxation while offering enough to keep you busy and active providing the perfect balance for indulging guilt free in the local food and wine during your stay! The large pool is perfect for cooling off and for swimming laps, the house backs up to endless hiking and walking trails as well as a tennis court on property. The interior of the house is spacious, providing plenty of privacy for large groups. Balcony's on either side of the house make for the perfect place to take in stunning views of rolling hills whilst enjoying your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. I can't recommend this house enough, simply perfect in every way!

“Tuscan paradise”
Had the best time staying in Villa Seccarille! We had the whole family (plus assorted friends) over for the holiday and Villa S was the perfect fit. Starting the day with the family breakfast on the upstairs terrace looking over those rolling hills was just heaven. Seriously, the view has to be seen to be believed! We'd all go off on our seperate ways after that. I chilled by the pool, went on a hikes, read a lot of books and there's a local riding stable with a -seriously- cute instructor. Can't recommend this place highly enough! I'll definitely be coming back.
