La struttura è in pieno centro storico a 200 mt da Piazza Grande, ed è composta da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno, una zona giorno con ampia cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno elettrico e divano letto matrimoniale 160x190 con comodissimo materasso in Memory di 17 cm di spessore, ed una terrazza privata protetta da occhi indiscreti, attrezzata con tavolo sedie ed ombrellone, arredata con piante e fiori dove poter trascorrere momenti di relax o consumare i vostri pasti.
L'appartamento è arredato finemente con mobili di antiquariato, pezzi da collezione e di antiquariato e opere d'arte di artisti locali tra cui dipinti, sculture, vassoi in rame e lampade fatte a mano che sarà possibile scegliere dal sito web della struttura per personalizzare il proprio soggiorno, avendo anche la possibilità di acquistarli. E' quindi sottinteso tenere un comportamento educato e di rispetto della struttura e delle cose al suo interno, nello specifico vi chiedo di fare attenzione a non danneggiare il parquet e il pavimento in cotto originale della camera con le ruote delle valige facendo attenzione al loro trascinamento e anche di evitare consumi inadeguati di energia elettrica, riscaldamento ed acqua.

Smart Tv nella zona giorno che permette di essere connessi alla rete e di poter usufruire dei vostri account PayTv (Netflix, Now Tv, Chili, Infinity ecc), oltre alla visione dei canali Sky, Sport.
Sono in dotazione detersivi per pulizia cucina e casa, detergenti per igiene personale di tipo neutro, asciugacapelli, ferro e asse da stiro, stendi biancheria, lavatrice. Biancheria letto e bagno sono comprese, come le pulizie finali tranne che per la cucina che va pulita in caso di suo utilizzo, pena il pagamento di 30€ come regolato nel contratto.
Free library, dove potrete prendere, lasciare e scambiare i vostri libri, avendo anche a disposizione la possibilità di consultare guide turistiche della città e dei dintorni da utilizzare nelle vostre visite.
