CASA Pettini has been recently renovated..It is made up of two separate apartments: 1) TWO-ROOM APARTMENT and 1) FOUR-ROOM APARTMENT, independent of each other. .The kitchen area is large and bright. It has a terrace with veranda. LED TV. Autonomous heating. Refrigerator with freezer and gas oven. The table has 4 seats. In the apartment there are some books, also for children, to accompany guests pleasantly. ò_ò The other 4 ROOMS apartment has: a double bedroom, another bedroom with two beds. A large bathroom with shower and window. A kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer and gas oven. A dining room equipped with some board games and books for young and old. In this room you can also sleep, because there is a comfortable sofa bed .... it is possible to add an extra bed in the master bedroom, because the rooms are large. balcony. TV, Wi-Fi and autonomous radiator. It is possible to rent them both or separately, according to the needs of the guests. Please specify which type of apartment you are interested in. The cost of 55 euros per night will be applied to each of the apartments. The apartments are located just outside the walls of Porta San Clemente, 5 minutes from some artistic sites, 10 walk from the center. In the immediate vicinity there are: BUS, SUPERMARKET, BAR, FREE PARKING.
