e due singoli più divano. Bagno, antibagno, doccia. Cucina e soggiorno con camino, condizionamento e riscaldamento. Immersa nella pace e quiete del Bosco di Sargiano a tre chilometri dal centro di Arezzo. Servito solo da mezzi propri o taxi. Immersa nei 10 ettari Area Naturale Protetta BOSCO DI SARGIANO. Circondata da ulivi, querce, rovere, cipressi e lecci. Bellissima vista su Arezzo. Oasi di Pace e Benessere a 5 minuti da Arezzo. Qui respirare a pieni polmoni è il valore aggiunto assieme a quiete e pace. Un habitat particolarmente raro, un paradiso. Immersa tra i molteplici profumi dei fiori come le margherite e i ciclamini e degli arbusti come l'alloro e il biancospino. L'ambiente è di notevole valore ecologico e fitoterapico anche per il suo ottimo stato di conservazione e per la presenza di elementi arborei di notevole età e dimensioni. Una posizione di notevole interesse paesaggistico e storico. Il cuore del bosco può riservare piccole sorprese: alberi forgiati dal becco del picchio verde, simpatici scoiattoli e fugaci apparizioni della rossastra coda della volpe, istrici in amore, fagiani, caprioli, cervi, daini. Tra l'avifauna, sono presenti tra le altre specie il barbagianni, la civetta e l'allocco.
A vedetta della città di Arezzo, sulle pendici settentrionali del Monte Lignano, potrai immergerti nel segreto e accogliente bosco di Sargiano, protetto nei secoli dalle mura di un ex convento francescano. Il luogo e la cura con cui il Bosco è stato conservato fino ai nostri giorni, testimonia il profondo rispetto verso la natura. Alberi come pifferi forgiati dal becco del picchio verde, fitte siepi come tende di sipari dietro ai quali scompare la rossastra coda della volpe e foglie camuffate in comodi nidi per piccoli insetti.
All'ingresso di Sargiano puoi ammirare l'imponente “Leccio”, legato alla storia del brigante aretino Federico Bobini detto Gnicche che, si dice, fosse solito organizzare i suoi agguati proprio in prossimità di questo maestoso albero di circa 200 anni di età.
