Description
The overlooking in Center offer the suggestion of living in the unforgettable sceneries of "Life is Beautiful" by Roberto Benigni and other famous films. In a historic building 800 the central Piazza S. Francesco, inside the apartment on the 1st floor, it offers its guests a 60 sqm to use EXCLUSIVE guest suite with private entrance. The suite has 4 beds with 2 in a room with double bed and 2 on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, plus fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. On request it can be provided a cot. The apartment has no lift and you must go down some steps to get to the bathroom. All rooms have an internal height of about 3.5 meters, they are well exposed and ventilated by large windows in turn protected by traditional shutters and adequate curtains. In winter they are heated with radiators and chilled THERMOREGULATION summer with fan convectors equipment. The neutral decor, clean and simple fits in well with dry composure Arezzo and the Tuscan of the large, airy rooms nineteenth century. A lovely balcony allows unforgettable views of the center of Arezzo with any outdoor seating. Wi-Fi is offered for free. The Host will be happy to propose special offers very best for longer stays.
