Located on the hills that divide the Casentino valley from Chianti, the Villa is ideally positioned for those wishing to visit cities such as Florence, Arezzo or Siena.It is also the perfect base to experience and explore the Tuscan countryside.
Now restored to perfection, the villa was a traditional 19th century Tuscan farmhouse, completely surrounded by a fenced and beautiful park.
The building offers a lot of space to guests and their children to enjoy themselves and relax in peace and tranquillity.
The heated pool offers breath taking views of the surrounding hills, it can be used for a romantic after dinner swim or an out of season dip.The new wellness area, created inside of a bright and panoramic structure, awaits for you to give you moments of relax after a day full of emotions.The wellness zone is equipped with a lounge area, Jacuzzi tubs, emotional shower, Hamam and fitness area Technogym.
In the private wine cellar there is a selection of Tuscan wines available for guests.

The main living has an original antique fireplace, just like the ones used to cook dinner and lunch in the old days.
This room is very characteristic of the rustic Tuscan style, with the stone walls, large beam ceilings and a terracotta floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities - including a dishwasher and a washing machine, here you can find all you need to prepare your first Italian meal!
The house is fully equipped with a telephone line, Internet wife, DVD player and there is a SAT-TV with several English channels.

There is a huge covered terrace, suitable for the breakfast time or to spend the evenings together tasting some good wine. To select your wine visit the fully stocked wine cellar on the ground floor.

The new wellness area, created inside of a bright and panoramic structure, awaits for you to give you moments of relax after a day full of emotions.
In the 30.000 square meters of private garden you can practice shots in the golf practice area.
Cultivated in our own garden organic vegetables are available to our guests. We grow tomatoes, zucchini, onions, peppers, cucumbers, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
