Opens, on the ground floor, a spacious living/dining room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is a spacious master bedroom.
The apartment is complete with a garden for the exclusive use, with beautiful views of the landscape, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs.
In the beautiful Tuscany, 10 minutes from Siena, in the heart of crete senesi, on top of the hill opposite that where is placed the famous monument "Site transitoire ', lies the old casolare di Mezzavia.
The panoramic position offers a breathtaking view and different in all seasons of the year: you can see the crete with their magnificent ancient ridges and gullies, Siena, and the Torre del Mangia, the hills of Chianti, Montalcino and monte Amiata.
Mezzavia was thoroughly renovated, leaving intact the ancient architectural structure and using only carefully recovered materials on site.
The holiday house is located at km. 4.8 of the ancient scenic Lauretana and is surrounded by a fenced Park of 13000 square meters. in which there are olive trees, holm oaks, Oaks, walnuts, the traditional Cypress and many native aromatic plants such as if Laurel, Arbutus, Rosemary, lavender and Sage.
In our park have found House many species of birds that enliven the awakening and the days; in attics, every spring, restoring our House swallows. On the hill above the structure there is a beautiful pinewood facilities that guests can use.
Be enticed by the enchanting atmosphere of Mezzavia, ideal for a relaxing holiday in contact with uncontaminated nature and unique.
All apartments are very spacious, with every comfort and designed to meet the needs of the guests.
Preserve the original characteristics of the typical Tuscan farmhouse, with Tuscan terracotta floors and chestnut beamed ceilings and brick.
They are all furnished with family furniture or from antique markets, that Tuscany is rich.
All apartments have an independent entrance.
Apartments "Sage" and "Rosa" are located in the main unit, whose massive walls create a comfortable and natural air conditioning.
Apartments "Orchid", "Lily" and "Ivy" were taken from the old hut "dependance" and all have air conditioning with independent control.

Response from the owner Ecco la verità: Questi ospiti n.4 adulti 2 bambine, 1 neonato e n.2 cani sono arrivati il giorno 29/12 e partiti il 2 gennaio.Purtroppo il giorno 30 si è rotto l'autoclave del loro appartamento,l'idraulico è arrivato dopo 1 ora, pur essendo domenica!! ha costatato la rottura della pompa, per cui l'unica cosa possibile, viste le feste, era attaccare quell'appartamento alla pompa di un altro appartamento,questa fatto ha causato un disagio(per una sera è mancata l'acqua calda,poi è stato tutto ripristinato), me ne dispiace ma purtroppo sono cose che possono capitare.Nessun problema per il riscaldamento, quando mi hanno detto che i caloriferi erano freddi era perché avevano impostato i termostati a 20° e c'erano 20,2°, costatato in loro presenza, del resto non sarebbero potuti stare in una casa fredda con 2 bambine e un neonato. Quanto al televisore, la scelta di non buttare elettrodomestici che funzionano è in linea con la nostra scelta ecologica di amore per il pianeta, la natura, r l'ambiente, le piante e per gli animali, tanto che abbiamo accettato i loro due cani, lasciati purtroppo chiusi in casa da soli per ben 2 giorni ad abbaiare in continuazione, tanto che per la rabbia hanno azzannato e graffiato tutta una porta in castagno che è stata accuratamente coperta con la tenda in modo che non potessi accorgermi del danno. Secondo loro ero io responsabile della rottura dell'autoclave per cui era giusto non pagare quanto dovuto.

Response from the owner Credo di essere stata chiara e corretta in tutta la corrispondenza intercorsa e nei colloqui via filo che ho avuto con il Sig.Valentini.Preciso che parliano di n.5 appartamenti occupati dal gruppo in questione n.1 di 140mq su 2 piani (l'unico per il quale si sono lamentati per il freddo) n.1 di 95 e 3 appartamenti di circa 45 mq.cadauno.Ho detto ripetutamente al Sig.Valentini che quell'appartamento grande,dove avrebbero cenato tutti insieme, era esposto a nord e molto freddo,inoltre essendo su 2 piani con una grande scalinata aperta il caldo sale e mentre sopra era caldo, detto da loro, al piano terra la prima sera la temperatura era piu' bassa, il termostato inoltre al primo piano è proprio davanti alla porta e il continuo aprire e chiudere(appunto 18 persone) contribuiva a raffreddare l'ambiente .Ho fatto quello che mi è stato richiesto, ossia ho acceso il riscaldamento alla mattina, mi dispiace per il disagio, ma non ritengo di aver mancato in informazione.Sulla mia prima e-mail ho scritto che il riscaldamento era a GPL.Quanto alla posizione delle caldaie, solo 2 appartamenti l'hanno in un vano chiuso in camera da letto, ovvio che tutto è a norma e sicuro altrimenti non avrei i permessi di agibilità
