Come stay in our lovely Astratigos Villas complex right by the magic landscape, sea and nature of Crete. Right in Astratigos village and close to the characteristic and beautiful beach of Afrata, this complex of 4 villas one next to the other one is ideal for real big groups and families looking for up to 20 sleeps, relax, nice beaches, comfort ,nature, sea view and private pool with more than one option of outdoor BBQ . Just 5 minutes drive from the property you can reach the beach of Afrata and the center of the village where you can find delicious traditional taverna and restaurants and beach bar. Astratigos is in a strategic and comfortable position to reach by car the most famous and beautiful beaches of Crete like Balos,Falasarna and Elafonissi through the highway which is just 5 min driving form the property. The airport of Chania is about 45 km from the property and the city of Chania with its amazing old port is about 33 km
The complex include 4 very beautiful and traditional stone villas that are one next to the other one with also some common entrance so they become a perfect place for big groups looking for properties that can accommodate up to 20 people in beds and stay all toegheter enjoying the same outdoor are and private pool. All the 4 villas are spacious, sunny, comfortable, full amenities and full equipped. You'll have the entire space of about 120+90+85+140 m2 all to yourself. The villas are a country houses and all of them offers a full equipped kitchen with fridge, full oven, microwave and all the necessary to cook any kind of food. All of them offers also a comfortable living room with fire place, comfortable sofa ( that in some of the villas can become also a bed), satellite tv, and all the necessary facilities in a fully equipped environment.
Moreover the kitchen and the living room the 4 villas have respectively 3 bedrooms+2 full bathrooms ( Villa Olga),3 bedrooms+2 full bathrooms ( Villa Georgios), 2 bedrooms+1bathroom with jacuzzi ( Villa Theodoros), 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom jacuzzi+1family bathroom ( Villa Argentini)
All the 4 villas are air conditioned even is this is a stone villa that do not get war inside even during the summer time. Also in all villas a washing machine is present .A cot is also available if needed. For the winter months, the rooms are centrally heated. Free WiFi available and bed linen and towels are provided.
Big plus of the villa Is the location very quiet and far from the noisy touristic villages,the real Cretan atmosphere that this place can offer you, the many facilities with a private pool,the beautiful sea and mountain view from the balconies and the many outdoor area with more than one bbq and traditional oven where you can have fantastic dinner outside
On the poolside there are sunbeds,shower,umbrella.
Also free ,private and safety parking is possible just in front of to the property
If there is anything you need to help make your stay easier just let me know. I can gladly provide you any extra service like rent a car,transfer form airport,rent a boat. If you need restaurant/activity recommendations just ask and we'll point you in the right direction
Smokers are welcome but you'll need to use the back deck. If you have pets please mention them in your message and I'll see if we can accommodate. We're pretty flexible on check in/check out as long as you let us know in advance.
