Perfect place for SXSW visitors. This home has everything you will need to fit right into the Austin lifestyle. Terrifically decorated to make for a comforting and warm space. Front porch, backyard with grill, 2 bicycles, transportation.

This is a stylishly decorated single family home close enough from downtown to get to everything while still allowing for a peaceful escape from the late night craziness. It's a 7 room home with 2 bedrooms and one bath. Perfect for the extended stay.

One full time occupant will be staying in the home during your visit, but you are free to use the space as you would your own home. If you need a ride somewhere, we'll be happy to get you there. We want you to feel right and home and comfortable relaxing here.

East Austin is the best. It's a great mix of people of all backgrounds and there is a very laid back and welcoming atmosphere everywhere you go. From the fantastic strip of restaurants on Manor to the fun night life of 6th East of I35, you're smack dab in the middle of the best dining, drinking, and dancing Austin has to offer.

There is a bus stop less than a quarter mile from the house. If you want to rent a car, Enterprise will pick you up. You can use the bikes or you can always ask politely for a ride. The housemate staying there also drives for Uber, but may end up taking you around just to be extra nice.

Nights and price are negotiable depending on what is needed. We will definitely want to get to know more about you before opening our doors to you and we want you to feel free to ask any question you may have. We can be your informational resource to this amazing city.

We expect the guests to have a great time, but be respectful that this is a house we very much care for. There will be a security deposit, but we want to return that in full to you. Accidents happen and minor stuff isn't a problem. I.E. no chairs through walls ;)
