My daughter left her wallet in the rental house and house keeping turned in the wallet to the owners aditya & Paole who properly contacted us and mailed wallet to us, awesome. I would not hesitate to schedule my next stay at location. Overall, great experience with people you can trust.

We had a wonderful week at the Town Lake Home!! It was as perfect for 60-something women, as it would be for families. Coming form cloudy Oregon and cold Wyoming we especially enjoyed the lovely back patio!! The home had everything we needed to make it easy to have a comfortable relaxing time! We enjoyed walking along the lake - it's really close! We were glad that we had a car - it's conveniently located to everything, but might have been difficult figuring buses out. Austin is a fun, friendly city - have a great time if you get to visit there!!

My family and I were impressed with the home the minute we walked in. Paola and aditya have done a great job making sure the home is extremely cozy and stocked with everything their guest needs and more. Paola was very helpful with directing us to some interesting spots in austin, and she made sure she was available if we needed anything while we were visiting. The design of the home is very unique and spotless so we felt like we were getting more. We will definitely visit again. Thanks Paola for your trendy touches in the home and the way you made sure we were happy!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for one of our friend's bachelorette party. It was perfect for the 6 of us! We were able to have easy access to downtown for all our plans, and have the convenience of cooking at home with privacy. Downtown was just a 5-8 min drive. There are several austin favorites just a few blocks away like Juan in a Million and Mr. Natural. The place was very clean and well decorated. There was plenty of space (2 king beds), so we didn't even need the couch or eurolounger. Even the 1 bathroom worked out very well. This is place is more updated than those pictures - area to park inside the gate with rocks, brick walkway to door, new front door, many kitchen appliances. We felt safe as well because there is a gate surrounding the house, and there are security cameras at the front and back door. The back patio is very cute and great for a nice day! There is a smoker out there and patio furniture under a gazebo. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this very cute home with lots of charm! The owners literally thought of everything to make it comfortable and cozy. They were very sweet and were always willing to help make our weekend awesome :) You can't beat a bottle of wine and a basket of goodies waiting for you on arrival! We would definitely stay here again for our next group trip!

I admit I did not stay at this house. My trip changed and I had to go with a different place to accommodate the changes in my vacation. But adita & Paola were very cool about refunding my payment (just a few weeks in advance of the trip) and were super nice to me in emails and over the phone. Thanks so much!

We rented this house for 10 days and enjoyed our time there! The owners are probably the nicest folks you will come across and they thoughtfully left us some snacks and drinks which met us on arrival. They did a lot to help ensure we had a great stay and offered several helpful suggestions of things to do, see, and eat. The house location is good -- on the east side of austin with easy freeway and downtown access. Within a mile radius there are some bars and restaurants so bring your walking shoes if you'd like to do a bit on foot. During the time we were there, there was a beer festival only three blocks away. As per the home description, the house is many years old but kept very clean and with nice furniture and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything you'll need during your stay. Ideally, it would be nice to have a dishwasher at the house, and the one bathroom is rather small. But some compromises are expected in an older home and these are small nits given the great price compared with other properties near downtown. This was a very economical and comfortable solution for us during a longer stay in austin.
We have worked really hard to make our charming home as comfortable as possible for our guests. We appreciate the confirmation! We also understand how tiring a trip can be, and we do what we can to make the arrival of our guests sweet and relaxing. Thank you so much and we hope to host you again!

I knew from the moment I walked along the long sidewalk approaching the home that we were staying at that we were in for a delightful stay. There stood a charming masonry home flanked by two towering Pecans trees. My eye drawn to the beautiful, beveled, stain glass door assured me we were in for a real treat. Indeed we were! This jewel of a home is utterly charming! With its moldings, wainscoting, coffered ceilings, and built ins I fell in love! One Dreamy Home! We fell in love with the dining room. It has a very charming mantel and bookcase built in. The red brick fireplace and its silver framed opening was a welcoming sight. The bookcase filled with books and magazines certainly was inviting. This Home is beautifully furnished. Big Flat screen TV's to view movies, your favorite shows. A fully well stocked kitchen which Ioved! I love to cook so this was Great! I was truly taken aback how well this kitchen was stocked. Sleeping in a King size
bed was great! Comfort and pampered viewing a big flat screen TV made for a great night!
Home Away From Home! Located close to downtown, Town Lake Bike and Hike trail, 6th street, South Congress, IH35 made this home an incredible place to stay! Fiesta Gardens was within blocks. The Austin Celtic Festival was in gear. Great Fun! Mr. Natural was also within walking distance. A great place to eat healthy! A 100% vegetarian! We are vegetarians so we were happy. Great juice bar, Health conscious bakery, and Health Store made it such a wonderful find. Yoga classes too! A plus on my list. The night life on east 6th street was Awesome! Loved Hotel Vegas and The Gypsy Lounge. Also, which we thought was too cool there were performers playing outside their home on their front porch. We will definitely want to stay here again! A great getaway! Home Away From Home! We Loved it! Great attention to detail, comfort, made this home a dream to stay at. An Utterly Delightful, Cozy, Charming Home not to be missed!
