AWARD WINNING COTTAGE
Flyfisher's Cottage has a beautiful setting on the bend of the river. With its raised decked area outside, it truly makes the most of its position. This luxury cottage has three bedrooms one of which has an en suite with the other two sharing a spacious bathroom with separate shower and roll top bath. The living space leads on to the raised outside decked area so that the meandering river views can be seen from both inside and out. This riverside cottage has the best view of the salmon pool, and if you are lucky you will see the salmon jumping. Flyfisher's Cottage has 1 fixed double and 1 fixed twin with an option to turn the master double bed into a twin.
Guests at Flyfisher's Cottage have their own enclosed fenced garden with frontage onto the River Dee, access to a private stretch of riverside and a private hot tub. Rentals include a fishing permit for approximately 150 metres of the River Dee and guests can enjoy access to the wider estate with woodland walks and some of the best views in Wales. Guests also enjoy shared use of the splendid Games Lodge on the estate with large flatscreen TV, seating, table football, table tennis and patio. There is a separate laundry/drying room with washing machines, tumble dryers, drying racks and other facilities and a secure bike store with facilities to wash bikes and a few essential items such as puncture repair kits, pump - ideal for exploring local area.
Flyfisher's Cottage is one of a group of five cottages, which can be booked together to sleep up to 30 people.
