“Pen Y Bont”
Lovely cottage based right next door to Bala lake and in walking distance to the town centre. Well equipped cottage with plenty of room, unfortunately the weather wasn't the best, but who cares. Bala miniature railway was also directly behind the cottage and is worth a journey, approximately 4 mile trip along Bala lake and was a wonderful view.

“Generally good accomodation with a couple of issues that may not bother everyone (wifi and bathrooms)”
The house is very attractive from the back (the picture that is shown), but is right on a mian road at front . . . . there was surprisingly little noise so it wasn't too much of a bother. The gar… More

“Beautiful Farmhouse”
We took our 3 sons and families for a weeks break, staying in this beautiful large Farmhouse. The weather was not too good but the house was warm and cosy to come home to after a day out in the rain, the grounds are lovely, plenty of space for the Grandchildren and dogs to run around. The farmhouse is well equipped (although lacks a whisk)and in an excellent position to get out and about either on foot or by car. The one negative is the height of the doors, obviously expected in a building of this age, but with my husband and sons all being 6ft+ there were a few bumps to heads. Would highly recommend

“Farmhouse new year stay”
From start to finish we had a fab stay over New Years. We had 7 adults and a number of dogs staying for 5 days and the farmhouse was a tardis, there was ample room and great areas to go off and have quiet time. The entertainment space for us to play games as a family was more than big enough and the garden area is vast. We had a brilliant stay and Lisa the owner was in contact if we needed anything. The owls are fascinating..... but we didn’t manage to count them all. A fantastic stay plus a great base for snowdonia national park and Zip world, the views and the walks locally around Bala were brilliant, I would highly recommend.
