Y Gilfach is the perfect cottage for 2 couples holidaying together, both bedrooms have double beds and one has a Juliet Balcony with stunning views over the valley.

Modern Kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and large fridge freezer.

Comfy Lounge with 2 sofas, flat screen TV with FreeSat and DVD player.

2 double bedrooms, one with juliet balcony that has stunning views over the valley

By prior arrangement 1 well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement to Stay with you at a cost of £20.00 per stay payable on arrival

Storage heaters in all rooms

Cot and high chair available on request.

13 acres of woodland and fields to explore.

Wood fired hot tub in amazing private setting with spectacular views, the hot tub can be booked on the day for the afternoon or evening

The hot tub uses no nasty chemicals and is cleaned and refilled after each use with our own mountain spring water

£15.00 per use DIY, you fill the tub and light the fire, we provide the logs

£35.00 per use, we get the tub ready for you and let you know when it is at the perfect temperature

(Each fill and heat up takes approx 2.5 hours)

Games room with full size pool table, table tennis, darts, large flat screen tv and comfy sofas, the games room has large barn doors that can be opened to enjoy the view in all weathers.

Stunning hillside gardens with folly, waterfalls, pools, ponds and stunning views in all directions.

Tennis Court that can be used for 5 aside.

Private fishing on the River Dee - 3/4 mile of our own riverside.

Firepit and BBQ area.

Lots of outside seating for picnics or just taking in the view.

Secure storage for bikes, canoes and other outdoor equipment.

Convenient location for exploring Snowdonia and the North Wales coast. Delightful fresh cottage with charming and tasteful decor and super comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the bird life and beautiful nature of the fields surrounding the cottages. Friendly owner offered helpful suggestions for our tourist aspirations. We also enjoyed the games room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
