Yr Hen Hofel, a 1 bedroom cottage that can be configured with 2 single beds or 1 superking, fantastic views from the upstairs lounge.

Spacious open plan Kitchen Diner.

Modern Kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and large fridge freezer.

Comfy Lounge with flat screen TV with FreeSat and DVD player.

Bathroom with bath and separate powerful shower.

Oil fired central heating.

Cot and high chair available on request.

By prior arrangement up 2 well behaved dogs are welcome in Yr Hen Hofel at a cost of £20.00 a dog per stay

Towels and linen provided.

Free Wi-Fi (high speed fibre)

Radio with cd player.

Yr Hen Hofel guests have use of all Bryn Melyn Farm's facilities:

13 acres of woodland and fields to explore.

Wood fired hot tub in amazing private setting with spectacular views, the hot tub can be booked on the day for the afternoon or evening

The hot tub uses no nasty chemicals and is cleaned and refilled after each use with our own mountain spring water

£15.00 per use DIY, you fill the tub and light the fire, we provide the logs

£35.00 per use, we get the tub ready for you and let you know when it is at the perfect temperature

(Each fill and heat up takes approx 2.5 hours)

Games room with full size pool table, table tennis, darts, large flat screen tv and comfy sofas, the games room has large barn doors that can be opened to enjoy the view in all weathers.

Stunning hillside gardens with folly, waterfalls, pools, ponds and stunning views in all directions.

Tennis Court that can be used for 5 aside.

Private fishing on the River Dee - 3/4 mile of our own riverside.

Firepit and BBQ area.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome by prior arrangement to Stay with you at Yr Hen Hofel at a cost of £20.00 per dog payable on arrival

We accept Dogs at Bryn Melyn Farm Cottages by prior arrangement only, you can bring up to 2 dogs to Yr Hen Hofel, Y Gadlas and Y Skubor, and 1 dog to Y Granar and Y Gilfach

You must inform us if you intend to bring a dog, dogs are charged at £25 per dog per stay, we cannot accept puppies under 9 months of age in the cottages due to insurance restrictions.

Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottages at any time, and we ask you not to allow them on the soft furnishings.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
