“Excellent” Excellent !!! From beginning to the end . Nice, comfy, cosy, clean. Makes you feel like you at home. Set up is easy Elena will guide you through steps . Price listed is just a rental fee per night . Expect other fees on top and security deposit. Not a big deal tho. Great management . Peaceful atmosphere. Upper deck is a big plus . Close to the beach (not the best tho ) . We followed our landlord recommendation and visited Juanillo Beach . Unbelievable!!! Must go if you like virgin beach with no people around.Atlantic has best beaches, Caribbean coast is ok nothing to be excited about. Visit Altos de Chavon if you like Ancient Architecture . Samana Bay offers great dolphin and whale watching tours. Macao Beach offers ok surf with rental boards available $10 per hour . watch for rip currents there, no joke. Couple heads up : Faucet water is bad do not drink. Don't rent a car on line, do it upon arrival but not in a airport. Don't exchange currency . US dollar is a king . Use your atm card for transaction your bank will give you a best rate. Don't withdraw from atm machine you ll get double fees. There are couple Cafes in a walking distance Trattoria Bruschetta and Osstereich House both have ok food. If you don't have a car you can eat there and shop for groceries at BAM market but its double priced. Shop at San Juan Center for groceries beer wine and spirits (you will need a car or a lift to get there). Everything is double priced at resort zone. Bargain with locals and be attentive everybody wants to rip you off . Don't buy excursions they will charge you triple. Rent car go to destination find locals bargain a deal. they will take you anywhere. Use navigation system to get around you can upload maps on line. We are definitely coming back next year but for much longer period. Thank you Elena and Annette for lovely experience.

“Paradise” This condominium is impeccable and very roomy. I was skeptical about The Dominican but I've told everyone I know that this is the nicest place I've every been to in the Caribbean. About 8 minutes from the airport and the views from the living room were magnificent! We felt very safe. the pool and beach are literally a step over the back veranda. Comfy chairs on beach. The Sanctuary Hotel (on site) and restaurant is luxurious, but I would prefer to stay in this condo. Tony's liaison Carmen was kind enough to escort us to the condo and then take me in to town to buy groceries, and housekeeper anna was a delight and wonderful cook. The Marina is breathtaking..felt like we were walking around in Venice. Planning and communicating with Tony was seamless. Can't wait to return with entire family.

“Great, quiet place to stay” We have three young girls and we were very happy with our week in this condo. The condo itself is a good size for 5-6 people, has everything you need and well maintained. The complex (Stanza Mare) is also well maintained and (in July) pretty quiet. The pool is big, warm and we were mainly the only people in it! Safety and security were not a problem and they have a chaeap laundry service. The beachfront Stanza Mare sits on is great. A much wider part of the beaach than either side of it and lots of trees or strucutres to sit under if the sun gets too much for you. Again, there was hardly anyone on that part of the beach whilst relatively busy either side. the location is also good for local restaurants, shops, fruit stalls and bars, all within five minutes walk of the condo either along the beach or out the back along the roads. Dealing with Nelson was a pleasure, he is helpful and easy to deal with. Whether you are a couple or a family, i highly recommend this condo for a holiday location.

“Amazing vacation-- most fantastic luxury home, topnotch service.” We enjoyed an extraordinary week at this magnificent vacation home: my husband & me, our 2 mid-20s kids & 6 of their friends. The house is wonderfully set up-- open-air living areas & bedrooms overlooking the pool, golf course, & sea. Beyond the pool you watch golfers hit across a cove with crashing waves. Outdoor spaces have canopied sunbathing beds & a dining area. Each bedroom has a seating area, massive shower, 2 sinks & a huge walk-in closet. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. Theres every possible amenity-fullsize toiletries, irons, blowdryers, robes, closet safes. Service was topnotch. The managers answered every question, helped plan our groceries, made transport arrangements & golf suggestions- making sure all was perfect. They're the most genuine nice warm people. We were overjoyed with the staff -- Ciprian (butler/chef) & Charo (maid). Though their hours were 9-5, they were always there by 6:30 and wouldn't leave before serving dinner personally. Meals were outstanding-fresh lobsters grilled with lime-paradise. Though they stayed up late every night, all 8 kids showed up each day for 9am breakfast, not wanting to miss one of Ciprian's meals. We suggested going out to dinner, but they refused, saying the best food in the world was at the house. Ciprian worked really hard to make sure we had the very best time every single minute. Charo was also incredibly hardworking, washing our clothes and our towels and cleaning up after us all throughout the day. We're an on-the-go type of family and we were wondering whether we would be bored without a lot of tourist attractions. But nobody wanted to leave the house. A few of us golfed the amazing course, went to the spa, Hard Rock casino, ziplining, to the beach club, but mostly we wanted to stay at the house. We have never, ever gone back to vacation at the same place twice, but if we can save up our pennies, next year will be a first, and we'll be back again at the best vacation house ever.

“A week of tropical relaxation!” Ivan, We have been home nearly 2 weeks now but find ourselves still thinking and talking about what a wonderful time we had. We found the condo exceptional. The attention to detail in the condo was impressive. That along with the beautiful view from the condo and the great location of the condo on the property made it truly seem like the perfect accommodation. A short 4 minute walk to the beach or another short 5-6 minute walk to the Mariner Restaurant and two larger pools. We cannot say enough about the staff of the Fishing Lodge. It seemed they went out of their way to anticipate our every need. Delicious food, entertainment, cleanliness, hospitality and excellent service along with the beauty of the condo and resort provided us with a very memorable vacation. We hope to visit again. “We had a blast!! Great place to stay.” My friends and I stayed here for our first visit to Punta Cana. We had an absolute blast. Alfonso was very accmodating and he was extremely helpful to any and everything that we needed. Angela was great. She made us feel comfortable our entire stay. I would recommend this place to anyone. The rooms were nice and the pool is amazing. We will definitely me revisiting this place.

“Hands down the best vacation home we have ever rented - anywhere” Spectacular indeed! Hopefully this review won't make it hard for us to rent this incredible home again, as we would definitely love to return someday. My family has rented numerous homes throughout the Caribbean over the years and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. The home is very well designed and appointed. There are many quite and tastefully decorated private areas, as well as numerous spacious and comfortable family gathering areas, both inside and outside. The owner supplied photos, while very nice, don't do it justice. The staff were exceptional. We have had a varied and uneven experience throughout the Caribbean so we weren't sure what to expect. From the moment we met the property manager at the airport till the day we left we were under the care of an incredible team of the most well-mannered, honest, polite and respectful people we have ever encountered in such capacity. A truly refreshing change from many poor past experiences elsewhere. The beach. An approximate mile long beach composed of the finest sand I have ever walked was pretty much our own as the development that this home is a part of is in the early stages of construction. The home owner was such a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. They were flexible with some of our needs and went above and beyond by retaining a chef that enhanced not only the culinary part of our experience but the entire vacation. It was truly a great family vacation experience all around. Loved it!

“Paradise” First class and really a gem. Not like the all-clusive places that are crowded and unpleasant. This is the place for quiet and romance trip.
