Description

The cabin is dog friendly - and dogs stay for free! Romantic place to stay any time of year! Recently ranked by Best of Wisconsin as one of the 14 most romantic places in Wisconsin. The closest lodging in the Bayfield area to the famous ice caves!

The bedroom has a new Queen size Serta iCloud Savant bed with adjustable base - with Zero G and TV mode and two levels of vibration. It is simply heavenly to sleep in. There is a dresser and armoire for your clothes. Newly remodeled, the cabin features a full kitchen with granite counter tops, knotty cherry cabinets - and throughout the cabin - there are knotty pine ceilings, and quartzite walls. Though the cabin is heated - there is also a wood stove that you can use for those romantic moments. Should you have more than two people - there is a comfy chaise lounger and a comfy sofa in the living room that can be slept upon (w/the additional sheets)

Free Amazon Prime movies on the flat screen Smart LED TV in bedroom. There is Free Wifi and Sirius Satellite music coming out of a great sound system in the living room or you can also play the music in the bedroom.

After a day of kayaking or shopping or sailing or fishing or downhill or XC skiing or snowmobiling in the Bayfield area, relax on the wrap around deck overlooking birch and pine trees or out on the back deck dinette set - surrounded by the forest..

You'll see more stars than you've ever seen at night - because the cabin is away from city lights. It is set back into birch and pine trees for a cozy feel. Bayfield is just a short 12 minute drive away - and the new Legendary Waters Casino is only 5 minutes away! Also just a couple minutes away is Little Sand Bay, where you can go kayaking and hiking.

In the winter - we provide shoe shoes for you to use so you don't have to rent them elsewhere! There are beautiful holiday lights on the front rail and the pine trees in back - as views out of the bedroom window. XC and downhill skiing are at Mt Ashwabay

Response from the owner Sorry it wasn't your cup of tea. Never had anyone report mold of any sort (including the hardwood floor? lol). It is typically at 15 min drive from Bayfield which is advertised. Never had any so so reviews other than the few people we get from Illinois. Not sure why that would be....
