Private deck and garden in back, bay views in front. 10 minute walk to Gourmet Ghetto restaurants. 20 minute walk to UC campus. Plentiful street parking. Washer, dryer, cable TV, wi-fi internet access. Airy open floor plan including kitchen open to dining room and living room downstairs, five bedrooms (two bedrooms and one bath downstairs, three bedrooms and two baths upstairs). Bedrooms normally sleep 8, additional beds for 5 available.
