“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Mrs” Perfect in every way. Condo was spotless and had everything we could need. Pool was right out the door. Couldn't see the beach from the Condo but a very short walk We had a small maintance problem. Made one phone call and it was fixed within the hour. We will be back

“Great Location, affordable, clean.” The unit we stayed in Could use some updating (tv upstairs would be nice, updated furniture in living room and patio) but overall it was clean, and a great location at an affordable price. We would stay here again.

“Great location and clean unit” The location of this unit is great. The back gate is just outside the unit and the walk to the beach is an easy one. The walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach Park and the shopping plaza was very easy. It's about half a mile. The beach off Ibis St is quiet and not nearly as crowded as the beach at the Shipyard Plantation club house. The club house beach was great because of the restroom facilities and ability to rent chairs and an umbrella, but our family preferred the quieter beach access outside the back gate. Also, the pictures do not do this unit justice. It was much nicer than I expected. The unit was clean and quiet. Our week long stay was great.

“relaxing weekend” This home is awesome. The owners made sure we were well informed and the whole experience was just SMOOTH!! Very quiet and relaxing. Spent the weekend and cannot wait to get back there. Thank you for sharing your home. The beach was great, the area is very non commercial which creates a really laid back atmosphere perfect to just kick back.

“Great Place to be Lazy in NSB” The house is literally a block away from beach access and two blocks from the main beach access road, Flagler ave. in New Smyrna beach, abundant with shops, bars, and a few of the better NSB restaurants. It's in an actual neighborhood so you don't feel like a complete tourist while you are there, unlike an experience you would have at a condo where everyone is vacationing. Great for long and short stays. We stayed for 9 days and had a great time. It has a large backyard and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The outdoor shower made life much easier coming back from the beach. Had a great stay surfing and skydiving! The value was incredible!

“Beautiful location, quiet, private, just wonderful!” Great location! The condo was clean and comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful time. The beach was beautiful. The beds in the condo were great. All appliances worked great. Would stay here again. The views were magnificent!!! “Fantastic Home, Fantastic area!!!” It was hard to leave our week at Sun and Strands and we can't wait to go back! The home is lovely, the views are fantastic, and the area has a great feel. But renting from Vida was the start of a great experience! She is the most wonderful host. She takes great pride in her beach house and sincerely wants people to have a great time and enjoy their vacation. The accommodations are as described: upscale and well put together. Everything we needed was there, from appliances to beach chairs. Everything was easy. The views (especially the sunsets) are spectacular. There is an easy walk to the main drag to grab a meal or coffee. The beach was a little further to walk to, but the funicular helps if you need it and once down there, it is one of the nicest beaches I've ever been to -- and I've been to many. The harbor is just a few minutes away and the drive to Disney wasn't bad either. We expected to have a great time, it was a vacation. But we didn't expect to fall in love with the area and visit a place to which we cannot wait to return. Thank you, Vida! We'll surely see you soon!

“Cozy bayside retreat” We enjoyed our stay in #7 Pagodas. We appreciated how responsive the owner and the manager of the property were. The location was perfect and we loved every day of exploring the upper cape and national Province lands. My only suggestion would be to have a document inside the room with descriptions of how to use the cook top, and other info about the area.
