“Everything you need all in one place - Cindy's Condo - Aruba” Oceania is absolutely beautiful. So well located and right across from the incredible white sands of Eagle Beach. We had a family of 6 and the penthouse condo was spacious and luxurious for our family. If you are into running or biking, you are steps away from doing so alongside the water. We jogged/walked everyday, all the way down to the Hyatt and Ritz (high rise hotels). The grounds at Oceania are impeccable and we felt as if we had the resort all to ourselves at times. Cindy and Judy were great. You can really count on them for everything. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much Cindy and Judy for a wonderful stay. The C Family.

“Everything you need in a beautiful setting” We ( me, my husband and adult daughter) stayed 8 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment! It was huge! 2 big bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a Living room and a balcony overlooking the pool. There is a restaurant, a bar, gym, launderette, 1 family pool, 1 Adult pool, 2 jacuzzis, happy hours, entertainment, free bus service to the beach, free pool and beach towels are provided. What more can you ask for. The apartment is away from the main strip- therefore it is quiet at night. It's only an easy 20 minute walk to the main restaurants and 25 minutes to the beach. The beach bar you are taken to provide free sunbeds, free iced water. Serves food and drinks- but don't constantly pressure you to purchase. We had a relaxed vacation here. Hopefully we will be back.

“Great Value” Caribbean Palm Village is an older resort that has been well maintained. The 2 pools were very clean and there was ample seating at each. The 2 hot tubs were very enjoyable. The one bedroom unit was very spacious and had 2 full bathrooms, a nicely appointed kitchen and a good sized living dinning area. We especially enjoyed having a morning coffee on the deck. This resort is a little off the beaten path so it is a quite retreat. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. It is an exception value for the price paid. This was our 3rd trip to the resort and we will definitely be returning.

“Fantastic accomodation, great help from rental agency” Location (and view) was perfect. Right across from Eagle beach (near The Cabana and a 5 min walk to a new large Grocery store-Superfood ). Condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we wanted. The pools are very convenient for children since they are not deep (I think the deepest was 5 ft). The rental agency (Prestige Realty) was extremely accomodating (they arrange for a cab to pick us up at the airport; they rented me a small grill, they met us at the condo with bubbly...). There were 4 of us (me and wife and 2 early 20's an we were very comfortable. Overall it was a perfect place!

“All the comforts of home” We had everything we needed to relax and just enjoy aruba. The condo was spotless and modern, we cooked a little, enjoyed coffee and the view on the balcony, indulged in the hot tub and lazed on the beach and by the pool. Arubians are wonderfully friendly and helpful. We toured the island in a rental car and were able to go everywhere with total freedom. Rachel Riley from Prestige Realty was warm, welcoming and gave us tips and advice. We were accommodated to check out late as we had a late flight. Much appreciated. We would come back again and definitely refer others.

“Amazing bliss in paradise” We had an amazing time at aruba Beach Chalets during the Christmas time. Best things: - Very large, spacious 2-floor condo - Just steps from the water / private beach - Quiet (very quiet!), peaceful atmosphere - Friendly, extremely thoughtful owners and on-site manager - Romantic moonlight nights - Minutes from the airport and amenities (groceries, restaurants, etc.) When we arrived, we were extremely impressed with the size of the unit and proximity to the water. It is one of those rare condos with the ocean view just feet away! You can't beat this, really!! The owners left us Holiday goodies including tasty wine, snowman toy (for our baby!), and a nice letter with great descriptions of everything we could do. They were very responsive to all our questions before / during / after the stay. We are very happy with the management overall. What we recommend: - Visit the Baby Beach (just minutes away, beautiful calm waters) - Visit ancient "rock park" - Visit Orangestad Port open-air market shopping - Visit the California Lighthouse - Grill on the deck - Rent-a-car (to enjoy the stay, reserve your car in advance)

“Family vacation in aruba” My wife, one year old son and I had a great vacation at the condo. The service from the team was exceptional from the time we confirmed our travel plans - with help on car rental, babysitting, crib, high chair, etc. The condo was beautiful with plenty of space to relax comfortably and give our son his own room. Early evenings on the balcony watching the sunset could not have been more relaxing. The location of the condo was very central - across the street from Eagle Beach, short drive to downtown and Palm beach. Ideal for seeing the different areas of the Island. It was definitely useful to have a car so that we can make trips to the grocery store or around the island.

“Beautiful views, well-maintained property, and secure location” My husband and I stayed at the Oceania Condos for a week and were happy with our choice. The property is very clean, safe, and well maintained. The studio is on the third level and has awesome views of the pool and Eagle Beach (even better than the photos); thus, we spent plenty of time on our balcony! We also enjoyed the pool area, which is surrounded by sand and looks great at night with the changing colors. The beach is right across the street, so it was convenient to enjoy both the pool and ocean. There is also an outdoor shower and plenty of lounge chairs/huts. We never had a problem with overcrowding (like the high-rise area). The condo itself was quite spacious for a studio. The kitchen had a stove top, coffee maker, and toaster, so we were all set for breakfast and lunch. The walk-in closet area was nice with build-in closets/drawers and the bathroom/shower was clean and big. We also enjoyed the gym, meeting room, and pool facilities (outdoor shower and restrooms). It was nice not having to go back to your room while at the pool/ocean. The condo also had plenty of extra towels, sheets, and pillow cases. My only advice is to bring your own pillows, as the pillows provided are very hard. Also, the queen bed has a very firm mattress, which only suits certain individuals. Lastly, the Prestige staff members, including Rachel and Toine, were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. They were waiting for us when we arrived and promptly answered our questions while we were on the island. They also helped us with rental car reservations and dining choices. We'll definitely stay at this property again!

“Perfect vacation, better than imagined” This was the most amazing trip I have taken. The beaches were beautiful, weather always perfect. Toine was so helpful and friendly-very accessible and accommodating. Check in and out was fast. No long lines, no hassel. The condo unit was better than imagined: pretty, clean, modern, comfortable. It had more than I could ask for: appliances, dishwasher. I felt like I was at "home" on vacation in paradise. It was better than any hotel. The condo and beach were quiet, well kept, peaceful. It was better than being at a resort where there are too many people around and very noisy. I loved how the condo was on the beach, nothing is better than having breakfast looking at the beautiful ocean and ending each night with a different sunset. We were within walking distance to many restaurants, which was so convenient. Toine's list of restaurants was so helpful! Ivan-our cab driver was honest and sweet. I was so sad when our trip ended but was already planning on coming back. We are even considering buying a vacation condo. The entire vacation was perfect, nothing negative to say

“Can't wait to go back.” Just got back from aruba. Stayed at the Oceania Deluxe condo's. We dealt with Prestige Realty who were very efficient and professional. We were met by Rachel who was very accommodating and easy to deal with. She was a pleasure to work with. Our two-bedroom condo, P416, Palm Bldg., was wonderful. It was very spacious, clean, well-maintained, furnished nicely and up-to-date. The bathrooms were especially spacious with great water pressure. The beach was uncrowded, quiet, wide and beautiful. The three pools were wonderful. We loved our location situated between the low and high rises. Easy to get anywhere. The only slight negative, although it didn't affect our view of the beautifully manicured grounds, pool and ocean, was to the left of our condo an abandoned construction site with a large crane and storage containers. We all enjoyed our stay at Oceania and will definitely return.

“A relaxing, private stay at Oceania, Aruba” My husband and I were in desperate need of a vacation without our kids (ages 4 and 1.5). We knew we wanted to eat breakfast and lunch in the room so we could lounge on the beach all day, scuba dive one day, go to at least one nice dinner. This place was perfect. First Toine Schoofs, the Prestige agent, met us at check in and took us to our room. He showed us how to use the safe and connected us with all the amenities. He gave us advice on where to eat and handled the cell phone rental for us as well as bringing a calling card to add minutes to the phone and get us started. He was relaxed and professional and completely unhurried. We felt we could call him anytime. The multiple pools were rarely occupied and the beach right across the street. The property is very well maintained and completely gated. It was easy to get in and out of the gate because it used a keypad with a code so no keys were necessary. One block away was the nicest dinner we could have asked for at the Screaming Eagle. Right next door was the restaurant Tulip which had wonderful food at very reasonable prices and quiet outdoor seating. You could have never left by car and had all your needs met. The complex is on the end of the low-rise hotel district so it was very quiet. There were palapas right there and always available so no need to bring umbrellas. Soft beach towels, chairs and cooler in the room made it easy. All the nightlife and activity you could ask for was about 8 minutes away by bus or taxi so you could have your privacy or go out and get wild if you so desired. If I return to aruba, I will definitely stay at Oceania and would recommend Prestige Realty Group for their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you Toine.
