“Wonderful!!” Do not hesitate to rent Villa Maris from Fabjan and Ivana. I would--and will-- go back there in a heartbeat. The two wonderful apartments are freshly decorated, well appointed and super clean. The relaxing garden comes complete with a beautiful little secluded lavender reading bed that makes you feel like you've just landed in heaven. The beach just in front of the house always has several chairs reserved just for Villa Maris renters and is not overcrowded. And Fabjan and Ivana are the most helpful, most kind owners we've ever rented a vacation home from. In a minute's notice, Fabjan patiently helped us organize so many wonderful outings. And although I was a bit hesitant about renting near Split instead of near Dubrovnik,I became enchanted by "the living palace" that is Split.

“Relaxing stay in Sydney” The apartment was clean and well equipped with all kitchen utensils, bath towels, sheets etc. what I needed in every day life during my stay. There were some problems with cable tv, but it was fixed right after I mentioned it. Bathroom was a little bit old, but everything was working anyway. I really enjoyed the heated pool on the roof, it brought some luxus to my stay. The location was perfect (Manly beach and access to ferries to the city really near)and it was easy to use both buses and ferries. The owner gave good advices for sightseeing and there were many travel guides, ferry timetables etc. in the apartment. It was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and absolutely recommend the place!

“Fantastic central apartment in Sorrento with great views” We have just returned from spending a week in this delightful accommodation in Sorrento. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children and the apartment served us perfectly. Gerardo was my initial point of contact when making the booking and he always responded promptly and patiently to my questions regarding the property. When we arrived at the apartment the owners were waiting with a welcoming smile and they showed us around. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The roof terrace offered fantastic views of the bay of Naples, Vesuvio, Sorrento and beyond. It was a great place to sit and eat a meal, enjoying the views away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. The apartment is no more than a 6 min walk to Piazzo Tasso, 15 mins max to the train station. The apartment is in a residential area of Sorrento with supermarkets, patisserie and Pizza takeaway within 3 mins of the apartment. We were also left some lovely goodies by the owners including the delicious Limoncello. Thank you Apollonia, Francesco and Gerardo.

“Excellent Villa and Amazing Staff” We spent a week over New Years and what a fantastic experience! The Villa is close to all amenities (shops, beach, restaurants etc) so you are spoilt for choice for quick lunches / dinners or bar hopping. The rooms are spacious, the house is equipped with DVD's & books and the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful! Breakfasts were out of this world and dinners amazing! Thank-you an amazing holiday!

“Living in a cloud” How can I express the wonderful feeling I had when I arrived to the home. We were received by Maria who has a heart of gold. She delivered and gave beyond what she had. We sat perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the island and Fira dripping from the edge in white. As Maria went through all the best the island had to offer. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a home that made you feel not only on vacation but also embodied the culture and style of Greece. You felt loved and at peace. You can be in that home to relax but in my case, I was surprising my parents with renewal of their vows so I was in close contact with Maria. I honestly did not expect the help she offered, and it was a lot. Making several calls and running around helping us with the details of a wedding. The catering, the flowers, the space. It was a full job for her. She seemed to do it all. Every morning our space was clean and we had fresh towels. If there was a request she was a phone call away. We had hotel amenities. Which is rare for a home rental to have. Over all - A spectacular home, amazing Service, Memorable time. We would go back again and can't wait to see Maria, this time to spend time with-- We highly recommend you go visit the black beach. If you have a concern ask Maria she is a wealth of knowledge. “Even better than the photos - just beautiful” Stayed a week at Geoffrey's lovely villa with family including our 5 month old daughter. Such a great property, beautiful gardens and wonderful place to stay in a good neighbourhood. Just a 15-20 min walk to Ubud with plenty of great walks and dining options locally. The property is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Very comfortable lodgings and lush gardens. The staff were very friendly and took great care of us and the property while we were there. All of us felt very fortunate to stay in this fantastic villa - highly recommended!

“my experience has been a dream” Usually I don't write a review when I visit a place, but in this case I want to congratulate with the owner of the House because it is wonderful and in a strategic position!!! first of all I receveid a very good service, then the House is very clean and in a perfect venetian style! It's seems like a film! wonderful! the badrooms and the bathroom are very very spacious, comfortable and elegant! The location is perfect because: - you can visit the center of the city and the rest of the Lagoon because by foot you can reach a stop nearby the house! Infact the house is located in Giudecca that is in front of S.Mark place!!! also Giudecca is very nice and typical - if you need something to eat it's possible to do some shopping in a supermarket nearby or reach a restaurant!!! very comfortable! - the house is attached to the hotel "Hilton" where you can booked a spa! I'm sure that when I return to this wonderful city, I'll come again in this perfect house!!!

“Excellent” From the moment I booked the Villa Jenny was amazing in answering all my questions. We stayed over Christmas and New year, Anan arranged our Christmas day feast !!! Omg was amazing, Anan was great the entire stay, Michael, Tin and Dew are all fabulous people and could not do enough for us, we have traveled to Bali many times but never in a large group, we were a group of 9 and the villa was perfect, so close to everything, if you are looking at staying here I would recommend that you do ...we will be back for sure :-)

“WOW, what a beautiful place to stay!” We (2 couples in our 40's) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb 2015. From the minute we were picked up from the airport and driven to our villa until we left, we had the best experience. Iluh (who met us when we arrived) was gorgeous. Helpful, friendly, full of information and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Wyan, who made us beautiful breakfast on 3 of the mornings and made sure we had everything we needed for the Sunday morning breakfast, was wonderful. The gardens were amazing. Not a leaf on the ground and everything left perfect. The villa is everything that the pictures show. The toilet pressure is low but nothing that the handheld hose can't sort out and the showers are hot and water is a plenty. It is a tropical area so don't forget the bug spray but the villa also has some there for you to use. We too did lose power in a storm one night but the villa had plenty of candles for us to use and you're on holidays so it's not that big a deal. All the villa's were in the same boat so we just sat back and waited for it to pass. There is a big fridge were you can put drinks or anything else you need so we were fine. The villa is situated a little out of Seminyak, it is walkable but only costs about $4 for a taxi so, again, not a big deal. The quiet you get from staying a bit away is worth far more than $4! The contact we received from Manuela was great and I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again one day. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great holiday.

“Perfect in every way” This apartment is a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. Tastefully decorated and well equipped, it is ideally locally just outside the tourist area so you feel like you get a taste of real Barcelona but close enough to the main attractions for walking. All these aspects would make it a great base for a visit to Barcelona. What makes it particularly special was the very warm welcome from Isobel and the fridge full of goodies that enhanced the welcome. Wine, beer and chocolates are by no means essential but are truly generous gifts that elevate the quality of the stay. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends and very much hope to return in the future

“Oasis in Ubud” We stayed at this beautiful little villa for 5 nights and it was fantastic, it is a private villa that is close to everything. The staff were exceptional and the owner Kath & Wayan were helpful with anything required including sending back a forgotten piece of clothing! I highly recommend anyone looking for a lovely villa that is close to everything, there is no need for a taxi as you can walk to all the key parts of town. Lastly breakfast is great - icing on the cake.

“Outstanding accommodation with amazing views” We couldn't have stayed in a better place. From all the information and help both Howard and Melissa provided prior to our stay, to the most amazing house. The house was very modern, amazingly well equipped, and made our break all the more enjoyable. We could not recommend the Blue Ocean View Beach House any higher.
