“Absolutely sensational” We were two couples in our 60's wanting a great self contained villa,with great views, close to amenities, but not in amongst the crowds. Villa dei Fiori, surpassed all of our expectations. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms, a great kitchen, a balcony and an outdoor area 'to die for'. Luca and Mary, were gracious hosts, generous with the food and drink, which we did not expect, for your arrival. We liked the property, because it felt like a home. The location and views were perfect for what we wanted.

“Stunning apartment and perfect host.” Extremely clean and beautifully appointed flat was perfectly situated to see the sights and visit the markets of Florence. The kitchen has every amenity and all appliances are new and top of the line. No need to scrub the pots before you cook here. The supermarket on the street and the market just around the corner provided us with the fresh ingredients for the best meals. There is even a toaster and a drip coffee maker if you prefer a non-Italian breakfast. Good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The map and directions provided by our host got us on the right track quickly to see the sights. The neighbourhood is safe for an evening walk for a gelati or espresso. The bed was extremely comfortable with extra linens and towels provided. The heat in the flat was adjustable so that the rooms were always the right temperature. The best flat we have ever stayed in when on vacation.

“Excellent Villa and Amazing Staff” We spent a week over New Years and what a fantastic experience! The Villa is close to all amenities (shops, beach, restaurants etc) so you are spoilt for choice for quick lunches / dinners or bar hopping. The rooms are spacious, the house is equipped with DVD's & books and the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful! Breakfasts were out of this world and dinners amazing! Thank-you an amazing holiday!

“Living in a cloud” How can I express the wonderful feeling I had when I arrived to the home. We were received by Maria who has a heart of gold. She delivered and gave beyond what she had. We sat perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the island and Fira dripping from the edge in white. As Maria went through all the best the island had to offer. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a home that made you feel not only on vacation but also embodied the culture and style of Greece. You felt loved and at peace. You can be in that home to relax but in my case, I was surprising my parents with renewal of their vows so I was in close contact with Maria. I honestly did not expect the help she offered, and it was a lot. Making several calls and running around helping us with the details of a wedding. The catering, the flowers, the space. It was a full job for her. She seemed to do it all. Every morning our space was clean and we had fresh towels. If there was a request she was a phone call away. We had hotel amenities. Which is rare for a home rental to have. Over all - A spectacular home, amazing Service, Memorable time. We would go back again and can't wait to see Maria, this time to spend time with-- We highly recommend you go visit the black beach. If you have a concern ask Maria she is a wealth of knowledge. “A perfect family getaway : Emerald Trail” We went to Emerald Trail, Jungalaigaon in June this year. It was one of the loveliest holidays for our entire family including our golden retriever, Zo :). Emerald Trail is probably one of the few places in India where pets are welcome at par with the humans! Emerald Trail is a perfect destination for those looking to get away from the urban madness – the tranquil environment is what we looked for and it fit the bill completely! Long walks, pleasant weather, unhurried and relaxed time was the hallmark of our trip. It was truly a home away from home with home-style food, simple, comfortable and clean rooms, cups of tea and snack when you ask. It was wonderful to see the earnestness amongst the staff (Lalit, Kailash and others) to make our stay pleasant and nice. Among the inhabitants of Emerald Trail, Rusi, the dog was our favourite. She was entertaining and pure fun. Our young daughter and Zo got along with Rusi like house on fire! It was a joy to see them roll, play and have endless amounts of fun. The cow, Bachchri, the hens and the fishes added to the farm touch – we personally love these and long to be in such surroundings. The word Homestay in Emerald Trail is perfect because for us it felt we were at home amidst the hills in some fabulous weather and were totally chilled out!! “Great Experience” We are a family of four but for this holiday my wife's mother joined us. We were lucky to find Villa Bukit, it was ideal for three adults and two children. The children slept in the room with two single beds, we had the main bedroom with the king sized bed and grandma slept in the day bed in the living room. We were offered use of the Joglo but she was happy with the day bed. The villa is spacious with plenty of places to chill out so you never feel like you are living on top of each other. The gardens are beautiful and a stark contrast to the dry surroundings. The staff are excellent and discreet and cater to special requests. It was grandma's 81st birthday and they put on a beautiful meal and decorated the patio area, it was a great evening. It is around a 900 metre walk to the beach, 800 metres to the main road with shops. My wife and grandma were happy to walk it but I hired a motorbike to transport the children back and forwards. One word of advice, if you hire a motorbike, take the in house mobile phone with you. We were very unlucky to have flat tyres on three separate occasions, one time out at the national park. A call to our house attendant had pickup for us within 45 minutes, how is that for service! All up it is an excellent villa in a peaceful area of Bali and we thoroughly recommend it to anyone, particularly a family with children.

“Even better than the photos - just beautiful” Stayed a week at Geoffrey's lovely villa with family including our 5 month old daughter. Such a great property, beautiful gardens and wonderful place to stay in a good neighbourhood. Just a 15-20 min walk to Ubud with plenty of great walks and dining options locally. The property is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Very comfortable lodgings and lush gardens. The staff were very friendly and took great care of us and the property while we were there. All of us felt very fortunate to stay in this fantastic villa - highly recommended!

“Excellent” From the moment I booked the Villa Jenny was amazing in answering all my questions. We stayed over Christmas and New year, Anan arranged our Christmas day feast !!! Omg was amazing, Anan was great the entire stay, Michael, Tin and Dew are all fabulous people and could not do enough for us, we have traveled to Bali many times but never in a large group, we were a group of 9 and the villa was perfect, so close to everything, if you are looking at staying here I would recommend that you do ...we will be back for sure :-)

“Beautiful Umalas Villias.” This place was beautiful and clean with everything you would want in a well equipped Villa. Chef was amazing. Tried very hard to make sure we were comfortable with our stay. You would definitely need a taxi to head to the beach or to do some shopping. But nothing was too difficult or too far away. I would highly recommend the villas. And hope to come back soon. It was so peaceful. The owner was always ready to answer any questions we had and helped us tremendously. Along with her amazing staff. Which included the driver, security guards, housekeeper and chief.
