“Everything you need all in one place - Cindy's Condo - Aruba” Oceania is absolutely beautiful. So well located and right across from the incredible white sands of Eagle Beach. We had a family of 6 and the penthouse condo was spacious and luxurious for our family. If you are into running or biking, you are steps away from doing so alongside the water. We jogged/walked everyday, all the way down to the Hyatt and Ritz (high rise hotels). The grounds at Oceania are impeccable and we felt as if we had the resort all to ourselves at times. Cindy and Judy were great. You can really count on them for everything. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much Cindy and Judy for a wonderful stay. The C Family.

“Our best vacation yet!” My family is from Puerto Rico, and so is my husband's, so we go to the island often. The last two visits we stayed at the Embassy Suites, but it gets pricy for such a long stay. This year we opted to stay at San Juan Towers and room 663 was amazing! The view from our balcony was the beach and the pool - you can't really ask for more than that. It was great to have a kitchen available, fully equipped, and the front desk, doormen, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Best part for us was free parking. I will definitely be staying here in the future, and recommend it for anybody making travel plans. Isabel made the process easy and made herself available via email and cell. The reservation deposit was reimbursed immediately upon our return, and I will be sure to rent from her again in the future.

“Fantastic accomodation, great help from rental agency” Location (and view) was perfect. Right across from Eagle beach (near The Cabana and a 5 min walk to a new large Grocery store-Superfood ). Condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we wanted. The pools are very convenient for children since they are not deep (I think the deepest was 5 ft). The rental agency (Prestige Realty) was extremely accomodating (they arrange for a cab to pick us up at the airport; they rented me a small grill, they met us at the condo with bubbly...). There were 4 of us (me and wife and 2 early 20's an we were very comfortable. Overall it was a perfect place!

“Excellent Penthouse and Lovely Stay at ESJ Towers” Thanks Isabel for making our stay that wonderful. We had lovely stay and time at ESJ tower PH 1753. Good spacious PH for stay with my wife and kid. We had no problems staying. All ameneties and services were up to mark. Had speedy check in and sppedy check out. Tour desk at recpetion helped us with good tours while our stay. “Clean apartment in safe area, lovely hosts, beautiful beach, convenient to all area attractions” I stayed here Thanksgiving week 2014 with my husband and 3 children: 12, 14, and 16. We had the most wonderful experience and would gladly return. I am happy to recommend it to you. Everything you read in the other reviews about the hosts, Kevin and Madelin, is true. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and responsible people. I had corresponded with Madelin through FlipKey, but it was Kevin who met us at the car rental place and guided us to the apartment, which is situated about 25 minutes east of the airport in a small town called Loiza. As Kevin explained to me that first evening, there are 3 ways to get there, and during the course of our stay we tried all 3. The coastal road (the straightest shot from the airport) is best suited for daytime driving, especially if it is your first time in the area, but it became my favorite way to get to and from San Juan. Anyway, Kevin was great about showing us the apartment that first evening, telling us how everything worked, giving us some helpful tips, then leaving us to explore on our own. We were pleased to see that groceries, including milk, juice, bread, cheese, and ham had been provided for us. It made us feel very welcome! For the remainder of the trip, they remained very easy to communicate with, responding to texts immediately. That meant a lot to me. About the apartment: It is very modern and immaculately clean. Everything we needed that week was there: cooking implements, sheets, towels, beach paraphernalia, detergents. It felt very comfortable and convenient. The place is not big, but felt perfect for our family of 5. There are two balconies and when you keep their sliding doors open, you get a nice cross breeze in the apartment and can enjoy the sounds of the surrounding nature in the evening. We did not need to turn on the air conditioning a single time. The apartment is in a fairly extensive, gated condo complex, which was quite empty of others for the week that we were there. The apartments seem mostly owned by folks who live in the city and who either rent them or use them on the weekends. (Things were a little livelier there on the weekend, we noticed). It felt a little strange to be there (almost) by ourselves, but it was something we quickly got used to and enjoyed. It was quiet! And it felt very safe, which I came to appreciate as well. The guards and other staff of the condo complex were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking, too. Now for the best thing: the beach! The apartment complex has its own stretch of beach which was beautiful and very clean. We hung out there for several hours every day. The tide was high most of the times we were there (low tides were 7pm and 5 am or so), and the waves were quite high. Good for romping, but not dangerous. The water was warm and clean. Sand was very soft. And the views were truly lovely. The apartment was a good choice for the beach alone. A note: you need a key to get to the beach, as well as to the pools on the property. You do need to keep an eye on that key! The guards come around and close the gates if they see them standing open. It was explained to us that it wasn't safe to leave the beach gate open for outsiders to wander in. Indeed, one evening we "lost" a pair of shoes on the beach to someone who apparently needed them more than we did. We had come to Puerto Rico with the idea of exploring, and we did! The apartment was perfectly located for this. The rainforest is really close, and so are the ferries to Culebra and Vieques. We went to Viequies for the day one day, taking the car on the ferry. Keep in mind that a spot on the ferries needs to be reserved ahead of time, so call as soon as you know when and where you want to go. We made our reservation the night before, and were told we were lucky because they sell out. San Juan (incl. the charming Old San Juan) is very close as well. One day we made a rather ill-fated trip to the West Coast We did not have a proper map, and kept getting lost. Then the kids got hungry. Then we got lost again. And again. By the time we got to Rincon it was almost evening. Moral of the story: buy a map before you come to PR. There are no maps to be bought anywhere, only simplistic maps that you can get for free, but no real, geographically accurate maps to be found. Or do as modern man does, travel with a GPS. We did not. Back to the apartment: There are some Western style supermarkets if you go east on the coastal road (128), then onto route 3. But there are some small local grocery stores if you go in the opposite direction, toward San Juan, including fruit and vegetable stands on the side of the road. I wish I had discovered those sooner. On the whole: would I do this again? Yes, and I hope I will one day. Would I recommend it to a friend? YES? To an enemy: NO! This is too nice for my enemies. “All the comforts of home” We had everything we needed to relax and just enjoy aruba. The condo was spotless and modern, we cooked a little, enjoyed coffee and the view on the balcony, indulged in the hot tub and lazed on the beach and by the pool. Arubians are wonderfully friendly and helpful. We toured the island in a rental car and were able to go everywhere with total freedom. Rachel Riley from Prestige Realty was warm, welcoming and gave us tips and advice. We were accommodated to check out late as we had a late flight. Much appreciated. We would come back again and definitely refer others.

“Family vacation in aruba” My wife, one year old son and I had a great vacation at the condo. The service from the team was exceptional from the time we confirmed our travel plans - with help on car rental, babysitting, crib, high chair, etc. The condo was beautiful with plenty of space to relax comfortably and give our son his own room. Early evenings on the balcony watching the sunset could not have been more relaxing. The location of the condo was very central - across the street from Eagle Beach, short drive to downtown and Palm beach. Ideal for seeing the different areas of the Island. It was definitely useful to have a car so that we can make trips to the grocery store or around the island.

“Beautiful views, well-maintained property, and secure location” My husband and I stayed at the Oceania Condos for a week and were happy with our choice. The property is very clean, safe, and well maintained. The studio is on the third level and has awesome views of the pool and Eagle Beach (even better than the photos); thus, we spent plenty of time on our balcony! We also enjoyed the pool area, which is surrounded by sand and looks great at night with the changing colors. The beach is right across the street, so it was convenient to enjoy both the pool and ocean. There is also an outdoor shower and plenty of lounge chairs/huts. We never had a problem with overcrowding (like the high-rise area). The condo itself was quite spacious for a studio. The kitchen had a stove top, coffee maker, and toaster, so we were all set for breakfast and lunch. The walk-in closet area was nice with build-in closets/drawers and the bathroom/shower was clean and big. We also enjoyed the gym, meeting room, and pool facilities (outdoor shower and restrooms). It was nice not having to go back to your room while at the pool/ocean. The condo also had plenty of extra towels, sheets, and pillow cases. My only advice is to bring your own pillows, as the pillows provided are very hard. Also, the queen bed has a very firm mattress, which only suits certain individuals. Lastly, the Prestige staff members, including Rachel and Toine, were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. They were waiting for us when we arrived and promptly answered our questions while we were on the island. They also helped us with rental car reservations and dining choices. We'll definitely stay at this property again!

“Perfect vacation, better than imagined” This was the most amazing trip I have taken. The beaches were beautiful, weather always perfect. Toine was so helpful and friendly-very accessible and accommodating. Check in and out was fast. No long lines, no hassel. The condo unit was better than imagined: pretty, clean, modern, comfortable. It had more than I could ask for: appliances, dishwasher. I felt like I was at "home" on vacation in paradise. It was better than any hotel. The condo and beach were quiet, well kept, peaceful. It was better than being at a resort where there are too many people around and very noisy. I loved how the condo was on the beach, nothing is better than having breakfast looking at the beautiful ocean and ending each night with a different sunset. We were within walking distance to many restaurants, which was so convenient. Toine's list of restaurants was so helpful! Ivan-our cab driver was honest and sweet. I was so sad when our trip ended but was already planning on coming back. We are even considering buying a vacation condo. The entire vacation was perfect, nothing negative to say
