“Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“Absolutely perfect” This was a family trip including myself, two grandchildren, daughter & son-in-law for the primary purpose of scattering my husbands ashes. I could not have picked a better place to stay. It is just beautiful with the feel of home away from home. Every amenity you could ask for, spacious, private (even the pool), with special touches that make this a special place. The owners, Paul and Rosemary are two of the nicest people I've met in a long time making sure that you have everything needed but not intrusive. The proximity to Old Town, the mall, and just about anywhere you would like to go is great. I wish I could have stayed forever. Thank you Rosemary and Paul for helping to make this trip a celebration of life.

“Great Family Home” We stayed at Casa Saguaro for Thanksgiving week, 2016. There were two parents, two teenage boys and two grandmothers in our group. The house is beautiful and well-appointed, and the bedroom configuration worked well for our family. We could have used one more full bath, or an outdoor shower for post-pool rinsing, but it wasn't too much of an issue. The pool area is fantastic and we used the pool and spa every day, as well as the outdoor dining table. We also enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on a few nights. The location is pretty far from Central Scottsdale (Old Town), if that's where you plan to spend time, but it is in a gorgeous location where the desert is more lush, and there are quite a few shopping areas nearby, as well as Cave Creek and Carefree. All in all I really liked the location, especially if you plan to hike or bike as there are myriad places to do both nearby. We will definitely consider renting this house next time we are in Arizona!

“Absolutely perfect place to stay in Phoenix!” We stayed at the Margarita and it was perfect! Awesome views, plenty of comfort and space inside and out, privacy, everything we needed, excellent hosts! The hot tub (at sunrise and sunset) was the best. Laying outside on the chaise and looking at all the stars with a glass of wine was very special. Hosts were very responsive. The location was perfect for us-we went to 2 ballparks, Sedona for the day and explored the area. We went mostly to relax, and staying in this casita was SO much better than any condo or hotel. We loved being on top of the world! We will be back!

“Relaxing in the beautiful arizona desert” We spent 2 weeks at this Casita and would recommend to all as easy going and beautiful place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained with two patios with tables and chairs for both. The back patio has a gas grille. The interior is very well appointed. The master bedroom is very spacious with a King, separate shower and a Jacuzzi. Views and access to back patio. The second bedroom is a little smaller but has a tub, shower and large walkin closet. The great room is very comfortable and makes you feel just like home. The best part, everything is on one level, no stairs! The location is central to both Carfree and Cave creek, and the gated security is very reassuring.

“Great break, perfect situation.” My family and I enjoyed the home. Making breakfast or enjoying a cocktail in the beautiful backyard after a day of exploring it was a perfect situation. The price was right, neighborhood good and amenities fun. (Where were the pool cues?) would definitely recommend it for family fun or a couples get away.

“Clean, comfortable, attractive condo” We spent a week at this condo in Scottsdale. Candice, the owner, was always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. Two books were available to explain how things worked and to give information about dining, sights to see and how to get around. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all the appliances that one would need. The unit was quiet and we felt safe and at home. However, if you want to be able to walk to shopping and sights, this is not the place for you. We had a car and were quite able to pick up groceries and go where we wanted to go.
