“Top of the World” We only stayed here 2 nights, but would have loved a longer visit. The house is in good shape and the views are spectacular, as advertised. Kitchen was fine, and master suite was very comfortable, with extra space for our 10-mo old to sleep in the (provided!) Pack-n-play. The baby items provided were a huge help, as we traveled by air. Suzannah was extremely attentive and responsive to my questions and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Location is great, but just expect a bit of a windy drive up and down to/from Incline Village. The only reason I gave service 4 stars is because of a few very minor points of confusion related to garage parking (not available), changes to wifi, and having to take out the trash, but Suzannah kindly explained these things to me, or did her best to clarify any confusion. Older folks might like having a bedroom on the main floor, and there are no steps unless you use the upstairs master suite or sauna/workout room. I'd highly recommend this place to a friend. Would love to come back for a snowy or summertime visit.

“Large, affordable, walking distance to down town & beach” Being 6 blocks from the beach/down town/Tubb's hill did not take away from the fun! the house is very large w/beds up/down and lots of living space on the main (great kitchen). Great office area for those needing to a little work (stable/fast internet). Be aware there is no bathroom or bedrooms on the main floor - and the house is on a busier one way street (it was not too noisy - but kids could not play out front). Great kitchen with high-end everything. The owners were great to deal with - especially when my damage deposit refund was delayed. Thank you to the owners for letting us enjoy their home!

“Beautiful Family Memories” We stayed in the Snow Basin condo in March, 2011 with our 6 and 7 year old children for a fabulous family ski trip. The condo was beautifully appointed and we had everything we needed and more. It was very convenient to all of the ski areas as well as to the grocery store and restaurants. For a little more variety it was just a short drive to indoor sky-diving, movie theaters, and a wonderful children's museum. We were glad to see them during a day when the snow was falling so heavily that we did not want to ski. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. The complex was very quiet and we were never disturbed by loud neighbors like the time we went to Taos, NM to ski. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for a family vacation!

“Northshore Gem” I decided to take a chance on a condo in the Northshore area of Lake Tahoe with my wife on a special occasion. What a pleasant surprise! Not only was the condo nestled in a great secure community, but the view from the deck was outstanding. I didn't think that you could find a place with such a view on the rental market for such a reasonable price. This will remain as one of my favorite getaways and will be on my list for annual events.

“Perfect location and Excellent accomidations” This property is marketed well. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect location for our use of Pineview Resevoir, including the very short walk to the beach. The onsite access to swimming pool and tennis courts were a great perk. The condo is well furnished and supplied and is in excellent conidition. It was perfect space for our two families. We hope to be back next year.

“Location, Location, Location!” LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, From start to finish this Rental property was so Easy to rent. The owner Erik felt like someone I had know forever. Very personable and very attentive. Loved that it felt like home and not a museum you couldn't live in. I had My Daughters and they're husbands and 4 grandchildren and they all had such a great time. Loved that we were able to walk down to main street without having to drive and park. Thank you so much Erik, enjoyed your home and would most definitely stay there again. Maybe a Girlfriends weekend, next! :)

“Perfect little cabin for a get away.” We were very happy with our decision to stay in this cabin while on a fishing trip. Cute, clean, great location and all the comforts of home. “Great place!” I loved staying at this condo. The unit has recently been renovated and was very clean. The studio side has a view of the mountain and is located just steps from the ski slopes and among the shops and restaurants. The bedroom has its own bathroom and television and the bed was very comfortable. The living room area is roomy and has a very comfortable queen murphy bed that folds out of the wall if needed. The unit also has a second bathroom and a well-stocked kitchenette with nice appliances. There are also balconies off of both the living room and the bedroom overlooking the skating rink. The unit couldn't be any more conveniently located for skiing; it's located right next to the lift ticket windows and is practically on the payday run. It is also right by a bus stop which was nice because I didn't rent a car but was still able to get around town to meet friends, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.
