“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Year # 6” I recently returned from the Riviera Maya and my 6th year stay at Villas DeRosa Resort. In my reasonably priced dive package they included: airport transfers, a comfortable and clean ocean front condo, and an abundance of good food, transportation to the dive sites and some great dive guides. The common areas, pool and beach are safe and clean. The staff is friendly, flexible and willing to help. Planning year #7. dhw

“great location” the Office staff was courteous and welcomed me upon arrival, and showed me around. The room was clean and had a coffee maker and small refrigerator in addition to tv. Within a few steps of my door I was at the fresh water pool, a few more steps and I was on the most beautiful beach in the area! The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. The onsite restaurant was a great plus, allowing me to spend as much time on the beach or diving as I wanted, and not driving around finding restaurants. The food was fantastic! All in all, this was a great place to spend a week on the ocean, relaxing.

“Just what we're looking for...” My Boyfriend and I were looking for a small intimate place to stay for my Birthday. And we found it at The Villas DeRosa! We stayed in a 1bd beach front condo over looking the amazing ocean below. The service was amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic! We love akumal and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Don't let the dirt road off the highway that leads to the resort fool you..it truly is a diamond in the rough. We're looking forward to our next visit.

“Love this place!!!!” Once again our trip to this gorgeous place was amazing!! Zip lining, horseback riding, rafting, and spa treatments were among some of the things this place has to offer!! “Our Home away From Home” Two of us spent a week in The Orange House. Claudia (the owner) met us at the airport and provided the taxi ride to the house. From the moment we walked through the door we loved the place. There was a view of the water from almost every window. The kitchen / living room is bright and sunny. The house was very clean and has a great large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we woke to a view of the water each day. The deck was our favorite spot. We looked forward to coming home (after our days of adventures) to a cocktail and the wonderful sunsets from our comfy adirondack chairs. The house is located about a 10 minute walk from town. I would recommend walking the side road closest to the water to avoid the taxi traffic. There is a large grocery store less then 2 blocks away that has just about everything you may need. Claudia lives next door and is always available to answer any questions you may have. Another great source of informatiom was our taxi driver Marlin. He can pick you up and drop you off right at your door. He also has good advice about where to eat and places to see. This was a great place to hang your hat and relax to the sound of the lapping water all around. Hope to come back...

“My stay here was heaven on earth.” My stay on this villa was great. Everything I could imagine and more Food was delicious and authentic; not process or frozen. The master suit where I stayed was immaculate. The power shower to the huge jacuzzi bath. The king size bed made my night rest wonderful. It's felt like I was sleeping on clouds. This villa was hard for me to leave, from pool, xbox, board games and a fantastic pool why must I go outside.(lol). When I decided to go outside it was also a great and wonderful experience. I visited duns river falls, when to the hot spot night club margarita ville, oceans 11, and amnesia. We sang karaoke had great Jamaica drinks and watch the beautiful scenery. All these great attraction only 12mins tops from the villa. However my highlight of the stay is the private beach, only 2min walk from the villa. Great vacation I'm booking another stay for January andirons can't wait...
