“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Can't wait to return next year” This is the second time that my friends and I stay at this property, and the experience was great on both occasions. Before our visit, the Prudential staff was very helpful with any help we required. The condo is in great condition as well as the furniture and appliances. The location, which is walking distance from the Lionshead gondola, is one of the property's main assets. One thing to keep in mind, is that the second bedroom is quite small and, in general, there isn't enough storage space for clothes and personal items. I think that this property for a single family with up to three kids.

“We will definitiely visit this property again soon!” We had an excellent stay in this condo. Very clean, spacious, and convenient to the strip. We were right in the middle of everything but back far enough that we heard none of the traffic or commotion. My children (ages 3 and 6 months) had more than enough room to play and the highchair already in the room was GREAT. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

“comfortable and convenient” We recently spent a long weekend at the Purple Parrot for an impromptu family reunion. We chose Yosanmine 10ad for its location near the pool and its proximity to Jump Up 5ad, where the rest of our family stayed. We ate meals and relaxed in 5ad, but during the time we spent in 10ad, we found it to be well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated, and convenient for our purposes. The bed is firm, which we appreciated. My only recommendation is for the bathroom towels to be upgraded. They were thin and needing to be replaced. The management company is stellar, and we really appreciated the personal attention, friendliness, and responsiveness of the staff. The weather was great during our visit in the first week of October and we especially enjoyed being poolside in the glorious mornings.

“Great location!” What a great trip! Berkshire Hathaway made it so simple to rent from & find the condo. It was absolutely the best location for skiing, walking right out of the condo and you are steps away from the lift & gondala. The condo was in excellent condition and fantastic views from every angle of our corner condo. Lionshead Center had great places to eat and shop. But if you wanted to go to the village, you were steps away from the bus stop. Fantastic!

“Perfect place for vacation, lovely house to live” The vacation in Cabo San Lucas and in the house was perfect. We enjoyed the house and the ocean and water activities there. First of all, the owner is really nice and the property manager is really helpful.You can consult them for the actvities in Cabo.They speak English! The house is really good. Clean and neat. You can find everything you need in the house. We cooked several times. You can find what you need there and the Walmart is about 5-minute driving. You can buy food and grocery there. Also, there are two BBQ sites in the community and they are free of charge. You can go there for the BBQ if you've noticed the manager of the community. We did twice and it was really fun. There are gas grilled and also coal grilled. The house is near the beach and you can see the land's end and the ocean view from the house. Driving to the beach and the marina is convenient. The only problem with the house is that there are strictly two and half bathrooms. So two of the bedrooms should share the same bathroom with the door on each side. Overall, we enjoyed there and we would definitely go back to the same house if we are going cabo the next time.

“E for excellent at Waipouli Beach Resort E406” In a nutshell, this rental was first rate! The place was clean, bed was comfortable, the furniture not dated, the view was stunning, and the pool was sweet. Centrally located with easy access to all the Kauai sites in the north and south. Safeway and Starbucks located directly across the street made getting groceries and coffee mighty convenient. REMAX did an outstanding job with this rental. We were very, very impressed and highly recommend E406.

“Great House!” This is a great house for two families. There were 12 of us total and there was plenty of room. The deck area with the hot tub and fire pit are great. We had a couple of maintenance issues and they responded very quickly. The only negative is that the walk to the shuttle stop is too far if you have small children in ski boots. We paid the $25 daily parking at the lifts instead of walking to the shuttle.

“Homey, Cozy, and CLEAN!” This house was one of my all time favorite houses! We were so comfortable and cozy in this house. We made ourselves right at home (which isn't easy for me to do!). Unfortunately, we didn't have the best weather (rain!), but were able to go sledding one day and utilized the stables twice (Shannon was wonderful there! This was a fantastic added bonus for my 7 year old who rides!) I'd love to visit this home in the fall. The fire pit in the yard looked fantastic (it was snow and ice covered for us), and we would love to take advantage of the trail rides at the stables. The owner was extremely attentive...I asked a lot of questions and she never made me feel like it was a problem...and was very quick to respond! We will definitely be back! “Purple Parrot: Ocean Melodie” How great was this home! We went down for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We have family living in Pensacola and used the fully equipped kitchen to cook a turkey dinner for 10 people. The complex is not on the beach but it is only a two block walk. You can still here the waves crashing on the shore at night while enjoying the large screened in porch or the walkout balcony off the master bedroom.thisnis a two story unit so not good for anyone who can't climb stairs. The complex has a heated indoor pool with hot tub, dry sauna and gym. We used the pool/hot tube every day. The outdoor pool area is a resort paradise with waterfalls and bar. The outdoor season was over so the bar was closed and the pool was too cold to enjoy but we did use the outdoor hot tub! A word of advice, make sure you go to Hub Stacie for dinner. Best food, best atmosphere and best. The Tanger's Outlet Center is 20 minutes away so bring an extra suitcase for all the great shopping you will do. In the summer there are plenty of farmer's markets for fresh fruits and vegetables. Enjoy! You will not regret picking this unit or this complex.
