“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Best stay ever!” I had an amazing stay at this Villa! Daniel and his staff were awesome! Maria cooked dinner and breakfast for us which was so tasty! The home was clean and well put together. It had amazing beachfront views, I would definitely stay here again!

“Well maintained, quality furnished condo with very helpful owner.” We have stayed in several different condos @ Sapphire Beach in several different price ranges. John's is by far the best maintained despite it not being the highest end priced. It also has a great bar/eating area on the lower deck. Renting from John is like renting from a friend or family member. There were no surprises from John other than I had over paid without realizing & he contacted me to let me know he was sending me a check.

“A week of tropical relaxation!” Ivan, We have been home nearly 2 weeks now but find ourselves still thinking and talking about what a wonderful time we had. We found the condo exceptional. The attention to detail in the condo was impressive. That along with the beautiful view from the condo and the great location of the condo on the property made it truly seem like the perfect accommodation. A short 4 minute walk to the beach or another short 5-6 minute walk to the Mariner Restaurant and two larger pools. We cannot say enough about the staff of the Fishing Lodge. It seemed they went out of their way to anticipate our every need. Delicious food, entertainment, cleanliness, hospitality and excellent service along with the beauty of the condo and resort provided us with a very memorable vacation. We hope to visit again. “Great beach, nice pool, spacious modern condo on the ocean.” Playa el Coco Townhome, Playa el Coco, Nicaragua, Dec 11-18,2013. An amazingly beautiful unspoiled Pacific coast beach in the south of Nicaragua about a half hour from San Juan del Sur. A lovely townhouse complex - quiet, beautiful gardens, a shared pool, right on the beach. Great security. Very helpful staff at the front gate, who helped us find someone to come and cook and clean up for a few hours a day at a very reasonable rate. Also the owner of our townhouse lives nearby on the same property and helped us find someone to drive us to town and to see the turtles. Our 4 bedroom townhouse was spacious and modern, with central air conditioning and a big living room. Really good beds, bedding, pillows. Modern kitchen. The complex is all concrete so no noise from other units, though within our unit, our family could create quite a racket in the living area - just normal family life. Our extended family of eight (parents, 3 children, 3 grandparents) rented for the second week of December 2013. The best part was the beach - the waves were great for the kids to play in, big enough for boogie-boards. Real surfing available on nearby beaches.

“Paradise Found” This was our first time to Grand Cayman Island. We were very excited to go as a family for the first time to the Caribbean. We usually like to vacation at destinations that are not too “touristy” so we decided to stay away from the seven mile beach strip, since we heard that was very busy. We are so grateful that we found this wonderful townhome at Rum Point. Starboard Kai was very tastefully decorated, really clean and very well stocked. They even had a complimentary water cooler for us which were so helpful. They had three kayaks with life jackets, bikes (which we never got a chance to use), laundry in the unit (just make sure you bring your own HE laundry detergent), dvd player (I am not sure if we saw any dvds, but we hardly watched any TV since were had full days), coffee maker, spices, pool towels, beach toys. The only thing we needed was food, that’s how well stocked this place was. It was so nice to be right across from a Rum Point where our boys could play in the water, without worrying about waves. The location is superb, since you have the beach right in front of the condo and the beautiful bioluminescent bay in the back. It was so nice to lounge in the lanai and see the bay. From the living room and office you had nice views of the ocean of Rum Point. Many beautiful parrots, roosters and iguanas to see here, which was really neat! We did venture towards Seven mile beach and other areas of interest but wished we had just spent more time at our home base Starboard Kai. We checked out all the top beaches on the island and found our location to be #1. Janice the owner was a delight to work with; she really goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests. We also found Bob Wagner, the property manager very helpful as well. They truly excel in customer service and were very responsive to any issue we had. We loved going to the recommended restaurants. Loved our day at Sting Ray city, with Red Sail Sports which to sign up is right across the street and leaves from Rum Point’s pier. We really liked the blue iguana sanctuary nearby. We also have great memories of feeding the ‘Pirate’ Frigate birds at Tukka, a restaurant on the east end. Going to get sticky toffee pudding and seeing the Tarpons at Calypso Grill was fantastic as well. Would highly recommend this to others and have. When we got back we showed my friends and family and were amazed how beautiful everything was. Hoping to go back soon!

“Exceeded my expectations!” What a beautiful vacation rental. We enjoyed everything about Paraiso del Mar, from the ease of booking with Chelle, to the luxurious condo, to the amazing beach, ocean view, lovely pool. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Alissia was very helpful in arranging fishing excursions, the chef cooked us delcious meals with the fish we caught! La paz has many very good restaurants and shopping. We are definitely planning to vacation here again!

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family.
