“Paradise” We stayed at MoodLight Kai condo the first week of april 2014. It was a magical experience being in Cayman Island for the first time. The condo is very modern and comfortable with a beautiful beach view right from the living room couch. There was no excessive noise or biting insects, the beach is very close and if you are feeling too lazy to go anywhere you can just lounge on the beach in front of the condo or soak in the jacuzzi. We had an excellent time and would definitely go back for another family vacation.

“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Perfect place to get away from it all.” Cozy, comfortable, & clean cabin. Plenty of things to do without leaving the cabin, or within a short drive (pool). If you are looking to get away from the hustle & bustle, this is a perfect place. Unfortunately, it rained most of our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the pond or pool much. But the hot tub & pool table got plenty of use! The kids loved it and are already asking when we can go back!

“great location and views” awesome location, views, and accommodations. book early because from that calendar on the owners link it fills up fast. just an fyi when you arrive there is underground parking that i have noticed people don't realize. as in any vrbo please leave some pass it forward things. i left some spices, boggie board and a large fan. aloha.

“In the Top 3!” We have been coming to Maui for over 30 years. In that time, we have stayed in many different condos and Ohanas(private cottages). This unit was definitely in our top 3. The location was perfect! We could easily walk out our door to grocery stores & post office or restaurants. The unit was a little more spacious than most. They have upgraded the kitchen & bathroom, doing an excellent job on the nice big shower. Being located on the ground floor, with a spacious lanai, & near the BBQs, offered us the opportunity to host a couple of gatherings for 10-12 people. The unit is pretty well stocked with almost anything you"ll need. We loved the king size bed and and the matching furnishings. Having a safe for our valuables was an added & well appreciated bonus.The grounds are well kept, with an excellent swimming pool and outdoor kitchen area. The beach is only a block away. The owners are very responsive to any problem that we had. There were only 2 negatives that we found but which we managed to work around. The w/d are not in the unit. Luckily, they are located right outside the door and there was a change machine at the pool, which helped immensely. The laundry so close, made it less of an inconvenience than we thought it would be & we were there for 6 wks, so we did do laundry. The most negative thing is that this complex bills itself as a nonsmoking complex but has no bylaws to enforce No Smoking on residents who choose to smoke on their lanais. All guests seem to follow the rules and restricted their smoking to the designated Smoking Areas. Unfortunately, the owner/neighbor next to us, even after implored by both the owners and ourselves to please not smoke because it drifted directly into our unit, persisted in doing so and was not reasonable when approached. Luckily, this will not deter us from returning to this unit. We had a mostly wonderful stay and sincerely look forward to more stays in the near future and for years to come.

“Returned to the Condo with It All” My husband and I completed another winter in the same condo. The views, the furnishings, the beach, the clubhouse and whole area was just as we left it last year. Just simply beautiful and a great place to escape winter from the north. CBV is the perfect way to go and we highly recommend this experience in Cinnamon Beach through CBV anytime of the year!

“Fantastic place to stay in Poconos” Attention to detail was put in this house in every way! I rented this house for a guys golf trip from Friday through Sunday. There was 12 in our group and each person had a bed to sleep in. From the moment you walk in you are greated to a warm, inviting living room that opens up to an entertaining kitchen ( stainless steel appliances and marble counters) across from a huge wooden dining room table and lounge area. Exposed wooden beams give the home a comfortable feel as do the wood floors. The Sonos system is available throughout the house via small iPad's built into the wall ( sound quality was A+). Each bedroom has soft beds/pillows and linens and you can control the temperature per your liking. Bath towels were provided for everyone and the bathrooms are brand new with glass doors and tile floors. Off of the kitchen/dining room there is a huge outdoor deck with couches/ patio table/ coffee table for plenty. There are 2 BBQ's on deck, 1 charcoal, 1 gas. The best part of house besides the owners who are there for you throughout the booking process and while you stay is the huge indoor pool and jacuzzi. It's a big room with a bar and lounge area with a projection screen to watch/stream movies. Outside of the pool area is a large fire pit with Adirondak chairs to relax in. Mario, the owner was available through text and phone and replied back right away with any questions/concerns. Overall this was one of the best rentals I've experienced in close to a dozen times. I honestly do not have anything negative to say about my experience and would rent again in a second! Well worth the money.

“4th of july vacation” We stayed at your amazing condo, for one week, during july 4th. What a wonderful place to watch the fireworks, top floor, overlooking the island, the beach club, the ocean... The condo is so big, we had a chef cook for us twice during our stay, we had plenty of room for all of us and a couple staying at Veranda. The view from both balconies is stunning and it's a perfect place for relaxing or a party, we did both!!

“Great, beautiful villa with a great owner!!!!” The villa was just as beautiful as the pictures!! Also there was a miscommunication with the number of guests and the owner was very understanding and handled it promptly. He was very nice and was available when needed. “E for excellent at Waipouli Beach Resort E406” In a nutshell, this rental was first rate! The place was clean, bed was comfortable, the furniture not dated, the view was stunning, and the pool was sweet. Centrally located with easy access to all the Kauai sites in the north and south. Safeway and Starbucks located directly across the street made getting groceries and coffee mighty convenient. REMAX did an outstanding job with this rental. “Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience.
