“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Perfect!” Visited DR for my daughter's senior Spring Break. While most chose an all-inclusive resort, we wanted the space/freedom of a condo, and Ilia's place did not disappoint... a really special and absolutely perfect vacation! Rental, arrival and check-in were streamlined and simple, and Ilia's driver, manager and maid were all very helpful and welcoming. The condo itself is lovely -- photos are accurate -- and well-located within the complex. The balcony has an unimpeded view of the ocean just a few steps away, and you are also steps from one of the pools. Morning coffee or evening wine with that view + the sound of the ocean = perfection! The complex, including a private stretch of beach, is beautifully maintained, and we never had a problem finding a beach lounger with a direct view of the ocean, whether on the sand or in the shade. Guards on the beach keep away non-residents and the more aggressive vendors (but not the ladies selling massages in the shed next door -- highly recommend!). Activities can be purchased on the beach or from a condo resident. Kids enjoyed ziplining and parasailing. Dining options in the area are fabulous! Within a 1-10 minute walk of the complex are numerous restaurants with great, eager to please service and very affordable prices. Didn't have a bad meal all week, but our favorites were Citrus and Pastrata. Also liked the French bakery across the street, despite the unwelcoming service...Everyone else we encountered, though, was lovely, and we appreciated their help with our dreadful Spanish! For nightlife, there are numerous beach bars, but daughter really enjoyed joining the locals at Danny's across the street from the complex. Sidenote: Friends at the aI resort were told it was dangerous to go off property, but we found this completely untrue...walked everywhere at all hours and never felt unsafe. Our group (both kids and adults!) agreed that a condo -- this condo -- was definitely the way to go. Thanks Ilia and crew!

“Best stay ever!” I had an amazing stay at this Villa! Daniel and his staff were awesome! Maria cooked dinner and breakfast for us which was so tasty! The home was clean and well put together. It had amazing beachfront views, I would definitely stay here again!

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “4th of july vacation” We stayed at your amazing condo, for one week, during july 4th. What a wonderful place to watch the fireworks, top floor, overlooking the island, the beach club, the ocean... The condo is so big, we had a chef cook for us twice during our stay, we had plenty of room for all of us and a couple staying at Veranda. The view from both balconies is stunning and it's a perfect place for relaxing or a party, we did both!!

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Great location and an Amazing View!” 5 of 5 12 days was not long enough! We totally enjoyed our time at Sunset Beach during Christmas/New Years. The unit had a great location steps from 3 pools/swim up bar and Hot Tub. The views of the Pacific Ocean were breath taking. I would defiantly return to the resort in future years. Dennis was great to deal with and very attentive to any questions or concerns that came up.

“Excellent villa - Pool to yourself!” I and 5 friends stayed here for a week from June 1st. The villa is fantastic - I was lucky enough to get the Master Suite which is a fantastic size, had two wardrobes, an en suite, a fantastic huge bed and of course, Air Conditioning. The other rooms were also a good size with air Conditioning as well. The pool is fantastic as we found out from Daniel that only 2 of the villas in the complex are rentals so you pretty much have the pool to yourselves all day - it was because of this that we hardly went to the beach! The villa is in a fantastic location for the beach and had a convenience store and a pharmacy just outside the complex. The complex itself is literally opposite to the entrance to Secrets - The Vine hotel which can be seen from anywhere in Cancun. A short walk takes you to a mall and a fantastic Mexican Grill Would recommend this to anyone considering it. Daniel is always available on email and was very friendly at all times. He was able to recommend nearby restaurants and bars and nothing was too much trouble. He was there to meet us when we arrived at the Villa and the Security Guys based at the entrance to the complex were able to arrange taxis and also hold the keys for us when the group went to different attractions. I can't recommend this enough

“Better than excellent!!” We've traveled many times to the DR and we never had such a wonderful , relaxing holiday. The manager/owner Liz goes beyond customer service, she made us feel like family. From the start of our reservation on line Liz was remarkable, she answered all our questions immediately. We traveled with family and Liz was able to make available two other condos for the family traveling down to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Each and everyone of our group will definitely be returning. The condo had absolutely everything we needed along with a beautiful breeze on the balcony and close to the vast private section of the beach and all the restaurants. If you do not feel like cooking lunch you can order at the beach from the wonderful restaurant called Citrus. Very reasonably priced and great food. Within 3-5minutes there are over 6 wonderful restaurants The Bartender in the pool is always ready to make you an excellent drink. The grounds of Playa Turquesa were immaculate as was every other section of this gorgeous property. We will return in the near future.

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. We referenced his helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip and it really enhanced our vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again.

“Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“A great family getaway in a perfect location!” We had a wonderful stay in October at this updated, clean, spacious cottage. Our two children loved the layout with the bathroom connecting their bedrooms, and my husband and I appreciated the child-friendly, safe setting. It is rare to find such comfortable beds in a rental! The kitchen was well-equipped and modern. The hospitable nature of the owners was felt from the first phone contact to the small, but important details of providing extra linens, detergent and brochures of the area attractions for their guests. We loved the fact that we were only a 3 minute walk from the pool and playground and just a bit further to the beach. Renting bikes, along with the swimming in the pool and at the beach, kept us pleasantly busy, but did not prevent us from having the calm, family-oriented week which allowed us to re-connect. This is a cottage we definitely hope to visit again!

“Sandos Playacar is Amazing!” My family - me, my husband and two kids - just returned from an amazing week at the Sandos Playacar in Playa Del Carmen. We had such a fantastic time and LOVED Sandos. Everything was great - the food, the staff, the facilities, the entertainment and more! Sandos is a truly beautiful resort - the hacienda was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The food at the al a carte restaurants was especially good, although we enjoyed the buffet breakfasts very much. The staff bent over backwards to help us with everything. The beach section was beautiful with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, beds and hammocks to relax in. A short walk down the beach-2 minutes- brought us to a snorkeling area that was filled with tropical fish. The evening entertainment was top notch! All of our plans were booked through Georgette Flamm who provided detailed information and assistance every step of the way. She provided tons of info about the rooms and the resort, reserved transportation from the airport and gave us other valuable tips about our visit to Sandos. She responded to all of my questions immediately - I really was impressed how easy she made it! I would absolutely recommend Georgette Flamm and Sandos to anyone!!
