“Can't wait to return next year” This is the second time that my friends and I stay at this property, and the experience was great on both occasions. Before our visit, the Prudential staff was very helpful with any help we required. The condo is in great condition as well as the furniture and appliances. The location, which is walking distance from the Lionshead gondola, is one of the property's main assets. One thing to keep in mind, is that the second bedroom is quite small and, in general, there isn't enough storage space for clothes and personal items. I think that this property for a single family with up to three kids.

“The Cottage at West 1077 = August 2013” We have stayed in Bandera almost every year since 1997 and this accomodation was by far the best we've ever experienced. A delightful, beautifully appointed cottage in the edge of the Hill Country State Natural area and just a short drive from the centre of 'The Cowboy Capital of the World'. The cottage boasts two bedrooms, a lovely bathroom, spacious lounge and even a well appointed kitchenette. The icing on the cake was the lovely porch complete with rocking chairs and table and chairs, perfect for watching the local wildlife and the sun set over the Hill Country. The owners, Mr & Mrs Kirchner, were really friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough for us. They ensured the cottage was topped up with fresh towels and made sure that our stay was as perfect as possible. All in all, we say without hesitation that we have found our Bandera 'home from home' and will visit again (and again)whenever we can. Thank you Mr & Mrs Kirchner, for letting us stay at your wonderful cottage!

“Best stay ever!” I had an amazing stay at this Villa! Daniel and his staff were awesome! Maria cooked dinner and breakfast for us which was so tasty! The home was clean and well put together. It had amazing beachfront views, I would definitely stay here again!

“Every detail taken care of...” We loved the Maui Sands condo, it was completely perfect for us.Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of that we really didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the provided cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella, to the snorkel gear and ocean shoes. Almost every time it occurred to us that we needed something, we found it in the condo. The complex grounds were so well maintained and quiet. We used the grill one night, as well as the lovely pool. The availability of recycling was very important to us, we really appreciated that. The beds and linens were very comfortable and tasteful. We also really appreciated the Condo Manual – it answered every question we could possibly have. Beautiful place to stay! It's not every morning you get to have coffee while watching the whale show - but that's the norm here. Ryan was also wonderful to work with throughout our whole planning phase, and into the week of our vacation. Very easy to communicate with and helpful.

“Casa Del arbol Cantando” We give Casa Del arbol Cantando a 5 Star+ Rating! We stayed with a group of friends from 12/17 to 12/28/12 and can't say enough about the condo, the location and the caring, personale and involved owners, Sherwin and Peg. We have rented a lot of condos over the years in different locations and this one stands out as one of the best ever. The condo is gorgeous, the location is breathtaking. Waking up to that view every morning was amazing. Our quads are in the best shape ever after those breathtakingly beautiful hikes up and down the 76 stairs to LaRopa! We loved the quality touches, the gorgeous dishes, glassware, copper bottom cookware (could have used a baking sheet however)and artsy touches. The signature "arbol cantando" is a huge wow factor! The ambience is perfect. Having 2 patios was delightful and both are a plant and flower lovers feast! Dona Rosario was a wonderful personable housekeeper who makes great breakfasts! The five of us had plenty of room to relax and spread out. Most of all what sets this condo apart is the caring and personable owners. They were great at answering questions ahead of time but called while we were there to make sure everything was ok. We were sharing photos back and forth and made new friends in the process of renting. All of their recommendations for restaurants and experiences were spot on. I'm sure they make all their guests feel this special! We took the bus often to explore the great restaurants and our favorite coffee shop in Zihua - it's easy to get the bus just a block from the bottom of the stairs and at 6.5 pesos just riding the bus was a fun local adventure. Also from the condo it's a great hike over to Playa Las Gatas - again the best combination of workout and then relaxing great beach, fish tacos and cerveza once there. We would highly recommend this great condo to anyone looking for a memorable Zihua experience!

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Wonderful Barbados villa” For the past 5 years we have spent the winter months of January, February & March here in Sunset Crest, Holetown, Barbados. The last 2 years here at Mangoes, which meets our every need. Close to beach, beach house, shopping and many restaurants all within easy walking distance.
