“Fantastic place to stay in Poconos” Attention to detail was put in this house in every way! I rented this house for a guys golf trip from Friday through Sunday. There was 12 in our group and each person had a bed to sleep in. From the moment you walk in you are greated to a warm, inviting living room that opens up to an entertaining kitchen ( stainless steel appliances and marble counters) across from a huge wooden dining room table and lounge area. Exposed wooden beams give the home a comfortable feel as do the wood floors. The Sonos system is available throughout the house via small iPad's built into the wall ( sound quality was A+). Each bedroom has soft beds/pillows and linens and you can control the temperature per your liking. Bath towels were provided for everyone and the bathrooms are brand new with glass doors and tile floors. Off of the kitchen/dining room there is a huge outdoor deck with couches/ patio table/ coffee table for plenty. There are 2 BBQ's on deck, 1 charcoal, 1 gas. The best part of house besides the owners who are there for you throughout the booking process and while you stay is the huge indoor pool and jacuzzi. It's a big room with a bar and lounge area with a projection screen to watch/stream movies. Outside of the pool area is a large fire pit with Adirondak chairs to relax in. Mario, the owner was available through text and phone and replied back right away with any questions/concerns. Overall this was one of the best rentals I've experienced in close to a dozen times. I honestly do not have anything negative to say about my experience and would rent again in a second! Well worth the money.

“4th of july vacation” We stayed at your amazing condo, for one week, during july 4th. What a wonderful place to watch the fireworks, top floor, overlooking the island, the beach club, the ocean... The condo is so big, we had a chef cook for us twice during our stay, we had plenty of room for all of us and a couple staying at Veranda. The view from both balconies is stunning and it's a perfect place for relaxing or a party, we did both!!

“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Mrs” Perfect in every way. Condo was spotless and had everything we could need. Pool was right out the door. Couldn't see the beach from the Condo but a very short walk We had a small maintance problem. Made one phone call and it was fixed within the hour. We will be back

“Champagne apartment at a preseco price” Stayed in the 2 double bed 2 bath apartment with demanding teenage step daughter and we had a most excellent break. High spec in great Cap Estate location. Cotton Bay resort is around the corner and you can stay here at a fraction of the price but use their beach and pool as long as you buy the odd cocktail. On a hill so has great views and the breeze. Will return.

“Sandos Playacar is Amazing!” My family - me, my husband and two kids - just returned from an amazing week at the Sandos Playacar in Playa Del Carmen. We had such a fantastic time and LOVED Sandos. Everything was great - the food, the staff, the facilities, the entertainment and more! Sandos is a truly beautiful resort - the hacienda was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The food at the al a carte restaurants was especially good, although we enjoyed the buffet breakfasts very much. The staff bent over backwards to help us with everything. The beach section was beautiful with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, beds and hammocks to relax in. A short walk down the beach-2 minutes- brought us to a snorkeling area that was filled with tropical fish. The evening entertainment was top notch! All of our plans were booked through Georgette Flamm who provided detailed information and assistance every step of the way. She provided tons of info about the rooms and the resort, reserved transportation from the airport and gave us other valuable tips about our visit to Sandos. She responded to all of my questions immediately - I really was impressed how easy she made it! I would absolutely recommend Georgette Flamm and Sandos to anyone!!

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Great condo and location for the money” I am an american living in Costa and this was my first trip to Los Seunos Resort. This Condo has all the amenities that the hotel has however in my opinion, this condo is a much better value than actually staying in the resort hotel. Condo was nicely appointed as well as having a great floor plan. Also, fantastic location within the resort itself.

“Perfect Stay in Casa Miramar” The location is magnificent. No where in the world have I wished I had a house on a location like this. From the living room you see the (private) swimmingpool and behind it the meticulously maintained gardens with a 270 degree view on the ocean and coastal cliffs. Perfectly organized, high in quality of amenities and a very high level of space in the house and privacy around it. Just plain perfect although the weather could have been better.
