“Perfect family getaway” We had a wonderful time with our toddler. The house is ideally positioned for so many family days out, close to several seaside towns and with York nearby, there was plenty to do. The village is quiet, but there was an excellent playground and a lovely looking pub just a few doors down (although we didn't get time to eat or drink there in the end!) There were several delivery services available to the house, we were happy to have a welcome hamper waiting for us and ordered a fruit and veg box and milk for our stay, which took the pressure off orgainising meals etc. The house itself was well equipped and had a fully stocked kitchen, including plastic plates and cups etc for our toddler. They seemed to have thought of everything! Readers who have small children will know that it is difficult to completely child proof a house and we did have to keep our eyes pealed as we couldn't put our travel child gate on the bottom of the stairs, although there was already one at the top, and the garden, being multi-levelled was a little unnerving with a toddler running around, but other than that we really couldn't fault it. We are already planning on booking again for next year!

“A very pleasant stay” The apartment was clean, comfortable and with everything we needed. Transports all over with a 15min ride to London's major touristic attractions. Bedrooms were great and so quiet. We slept very well on the comfortable mattress, The flat is next to the canal; we loved our walks in the morning to Regent's Park. That is definitely a plus! See you soon! Jean V.

“Trip of a lifetime with teenagers” Vito and his team were terrific to work with during the planning process. Questions were answered quickly and responses were always very helpful and pleasant. The apartment was in an ideal location for us. We were surrounded by plenty of dining out options, grocery stores and just about any amenity we needed. The neighborhood was perfect, providing our teenagers with the chance to feel like we were "living" in London. We were very conveniently located to the Bond Street tube stop and we were able to take full advantage of navigating London with great ease. The apartment accommodated the four of us nicely. Although the bed for our two teenagers was a pull-out, there was enough space for them to share and it was all part of the adventure. The apartment had all the items we needed to live comfortably for our week stay - coffee maker, pots/pans, dishware, iron, washer/dryer, drying rack, very clean dresser space, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, and cable television. The bonus and what made our stay in London incredibly memorable was the rooftop terrace. We happened to have a week of sunshine and were able to take full advantage of the patio - morning, noon, and night. What a treat! We could not have been happier with our decision to stay here and would return without hesitation.

“Big mistake to pass this by...” We had the pleasure of staying at this recently remodeled contemporary apartment for 5 days. Michelle, the owner was helpful, gracious and at our beakon call for any questions or information. She has provided a book that walks you through anything needed from a grocery store, taxi, shopping, instructions for TV. etc. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Loevre, etc. The Latin Quarter has everything day or night that you would want in a friendly neighborhood with cafe's, bar's, a pharmacy, a grocery, etc. We had unlimited international/domestic phone access, great wireless connections, kitchen necessities, washer/ dryer, and very comfortable surroundings. The stairs are a little narrow and steep but we went down once a day and up once a day so it was a non-event. I will never stay anywhere else when in Paris. There is not aC but the fans were more than enough and we seldom used them. Thank you, Michelle

“Charme and style next to York Minster!” Out of five stars I would readily give five and a half to this fantastic place where we (my auntie and I) have spent a couple of wonderful days! We immediately felt at home... I particularly liked the stylish look with its charming mix of antique and modern elements, well chosen, original decoration and those warm and appeasing pastel colours... and the kitchen is almost better equipped than my own back home in France! The beds are so comfortable, we just slept heavenly well in them... but that's not all: the location is simply perfect - very quiet, yet in the very heart of the city - the Minster, the Shambles, shops, museums, restaurants - everything is in walking distance... Speaking of restaurants: if I had to recommend two places, it would be the "Rustique" (28 Castelgate) - very nice French cuisine & friendly service - and for ice cream lovers "licc" (20 Back Swinegate) is a must! All in all a fantastic and unforgettable holiday experience, a big Merci, we'll definitely be back and recommend you to friends and family!

“Superb location with everything we needed.” Sunny apartment suited us very well. Simon was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival and the flat provide all we needed for a comfortable stay in amsterdam. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and food in the fridge. No need to dash to the supermarket, which is just across the canal. The location was superb for albert Cyup market, shops, pubs and restaurants on Utrechsest, museums, and transport. We loved the area which was interesting without being too touristy ! Sunny apartment was quirky and homely and we got used to the very steep stairs! All in all we would recommend this apartment for a genuine amsterdam experience.
