“Love Point Retreat” I stayed at Paula's property 3 times so far. We stayed once in October 2014 and twice in April 2015. Here is how I would break it up: Owner: Paula is very nice, accommodating and extremely responsive. She was easy to deal with, answered all of our questions and concerns timely. Property (Interior): The property is really clean and very well maintained considering its age. I also feel that it is properly stocked with all the necessities. Property (Outdoor Space / View): We spend the majority of our time there outside. The deck / backyard area is very well maintained and stocked with adequate furniture. We used the gas grill every day of our stay. The dock is set up nicely for fishing including rod holders and a light for night fishing. The view from the dock is to die for, the Bay is so wide and the Bay Bridge is a nice backdrop to the view specially during sunset. Fishing: Fishing is the best I have ever experienced (compared to all other rentals I tried). I caught numerous species from the dock including Spot, White Perch and of course Striped Bass (Rockfish). I caught my biggest Rockfish ever from the dock there (39 inch fish, roughly 30 pounds) in April. Overall, I love the property, the view and the peaceful surroundings. A great bonus for me is the short one hour commute to get there. We will definitely be back to Love Point for an encore.

“Very cozy!” We very much enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room and it was well decorated. I absolutely loved the couch, it was very comfortable, and the hot tub was a favorite. The fireplace added a nice touch for the evening, and we were provided with everything we could've needed. Thanks for the great stay!

“The Epiphany-A Beautiful Place to Stay” My husband and I, along with our pets, enjoyed our stay at the Epiphany. The view was beautiful. Sitting at the dining room table, we lost track of time while watching the birds and ducks on the water. It is a wonderful place to relax and convenient to everything that Chincoteague and Assateague Islands have to offer. We loved the spaciousness, and the clean and inviting atmosphere. “A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!
