“Pollards family trip” The place was great, clean, comfortable and safe. The sunset and view of the gulf was breath taking and the price was worth the house, Mrs McMillan was very helpful and caring calling all the way from New York City to make sure all our needs were met. “Jungle living in a modern loft” I stayed in loft 2 for 3 nights of my honeymoon and it was awesome. The 150" Hdtv only has 1 channel, the ocean channel (ok so it's really a massive open window with amazing views of the atlantic). It was amazing to feel the breeze blow through and if it rains at night, it's like being in the heart of the jungle, except you don't get wet. The rooftop terrace was wonderful and being able to see both the atlantic to the north and Caribbean sea to the south was great. This place is for people who love nature and the out doors but also like some modern conveniences and amazing views. We ate at alex's new restaurant at Hector's by the sea (open for dinner on Sunday and Monday) and were blown away. The setting was incredible, but the food was even better. If you get the chance, take it.

“Beautiful!” Well, the foto's on the site didn't lie (as they sometimes tend to do..), the view is truly magnificent, the garden is a sea of flowers (bougainvillea in all possible colors), and the hammock is really there! I've been to Curacao a few times before, but this is by far the best apartment I've rented. This place breathes exclusivity and holiday feel, but still on walking distance to a cluster of great beach restaurants and even a small supermarket. As far as I am concerned the right combination. Inside everything is stylish, balanced and overcomplete. Next stay will be here!

“Well maintained, quality furnished condo with very helpful owner.” We have stayed in several different condos @ Sapphire Beach in several different price ranges. John's is by far the best maintained despite it not being the highest end priced. It also has a great bar/eating area on the lower deck. Renting from John is like renting from a friend or family member. There were no surprises from John other than I had over paid without realizing & he contacted me to let me know he was sending me a check.

“Great Villa, Fantastic View” My wife and I, and another couple, thought the stay at Casa Ella was fantastic. Maria, the property manager, greeted us at the Ferry dock when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the town, in her car, and then off to the grocery store to purchase some groceries. She then showed us around the villa, answered all our questions and made us promise to call if we needed anything. The kitchen was well supplied with some food staples and all sorts of utensils. The villa was clean and well maintained. The off street parking for the rental car was a plus. The view and location was fantastic. Close to the downtown area and beaches.The patio provided awesome views of the bay and the electric grill was great for evening meals. The washer and dryer was a real benefit as we could have gotten away with a lot less clothing. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off snorkeling gear and the beach sand before entering the villa. The villa also had four beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels available. Maria and Glen also provided transportation to the dock when we left for home. They are very wonderful people that made the whole adventure special.

“superb” lovely villa with stunning wrap-around veranda. beautiful master suite. good kitchen (we cooked dinner every night) . fantastic porch. peter, the owner, could not have been more helpful or pleasant to make arrangements with. and when one of our key-travelers was stranded in england due to the terrible snow, he suggested a very clever re-route (paris>st.maartens>nevis) that literally saved the family christmas. the villa is set in a large tended garden. lovely pool area. 7 minute enjoyable walk to oaulie beach - our favorite beach on the island (the fish tacos - incredible!). also near Gallipot restaurant - very good - and Ms June's that counts Oprah Winfrey among its former diners. monkey's visited the villa's grounds several times - to our great delight. we loved Golden Rock, the bar and south porch at Hermitage, the lobster salad at Montpelier... and Sweet Lips.
