“Thanksgiving Getaway” Beautiful location and our pet was able to come along. We enjoyed the beach, fire pit and weather. The one negative is that our unit was very close to a busy road.

“What a great getaway location to relax and view the secluded private beach and gorgeous ocean view!!!” We stayed in the Lobster Shack which is a cozy clean bungalow which offered a salt water pool with an awesome view of the Gulf waters. Liz is great making sure our needs were met while addressing unexpected refrigerator problems. She is quick to reply contacting a repairman to resolve the issue. Canines are welcome. I miss the relaxation and calmness of the setting yet on Gulf Blvd there are activities to meet everyone's interests. Thank you Liz and love your puppies.❤

“The Perfect Affordable Beach Vacation” My boyfriend and I are long distance in graduate school, so this place was the perfect find for our vacation! The price is amazing and nowhere else can you live across the street from the beach for $100/night. When you walk out the front door, you can see the beach, unobstructed view, and all you have to do is walk across the street to get your feet in the sand! It's also well within walking distance of many restaurants and shops in town, and right next to a dunkin donuts which we indulged in. Do be prepared as you must bring your own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, basic toiletries, soap, etc. The kitchen is equipped with plates/utensils for two and pots and pans that serve well enough for cooking, however we found that the dollar store nearby was a necessary stop for the paper goods and some foil, charcoal for the grill, etc. The service from Cutty Sark was amazing, to say the least! The very first day we locked ourselves out and the front desk gave an extra key, they are open late everyday, have coupons in stock (use them!), and made sure they did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. We will definitely be coming back next year to enjoy another wonderful stay!

“A great family getaway in a perfect location!” We had a wonderful stay in October at this updated, clean, spacious cottage. Our two children loved the layout with the bathroom connecting their bedrooms, and my husband and I appreciated the child-friendly, safe setting. It is rare to find such comfortable beds in a rental! The kitchen was well-equipped and modern. The hospitable nature of the owners was felt from the first phone contact to the small, but important details of providing extra linens, detergent and brochures of the area attractions for their guests. We loved the fact that we were only a 3 minute walk from the pool and playground and just a bit further to the beach. Renting bikes, along with the swimming in the pool and at the beach, kept us pleasantly busy, but did not prevent us from having the calm, family-oriented week which allowed us to re-connect. This is a cottage we definitely hope to visit again!
