“very clean, reasonable, friendly, and cultural.” I'm from Texas and I stayed with my wife, and my kid in angelicas apt. for 2 weeks, it was one of the most interesting, and fun place to be. It was close to nearby store, restaurants, shopping mall, and cultural places in lima. The apartment is situated close to the most important place like the airpot, from there we went to cusco, trujillo,arequipa,and other areas in Peru. The apartment is close to one of the biggest mall in lima, movies, park, museums, etc., etc. The apartment is a bargain ! I feel like it was a give away, because other places for just a room charge 4 times as much, but her place is the whole apartment with great accomodations, you can cook, go the restaurant, and have appliances just like home. very, very clean...its a lot better than paying $200 just for a room in Miraflores. I didnt lose contact with my family or work because it has High speed internet,( she also provide a cell Phone for a very small fee, and security) and 100 plus cable stations. the people are friendly specially the owner, whose a lawyer by profession. Please try Peruvian cooking. its one of the best I had in my life, and I have been to 22 countries in 5 continents, also try Cuy, or the fruit Ganaderia...its wonderful. This Peruvian vacation is cheaper than a plane ticket 1 week to Cancun !!!

“It is a nice quiete place” We have rented the apartment for 5 weeks and stayed there pretty a while. It is a nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood, close to shopping and restaurants in one of the best parts of Lima. I would rent it back if I need to go to Lima.

“Awesome place, do not hesitate to take it!” We rented the appartment for 2 weeks and it was a real pleasure!! The people are helpful, polite and respectful. “Great location and very comfortable” We stayed in this apartment during our 10-day visit to Lima and were very impressed and happy with everything. I travelled with my husband, our 2 young kids (5 and 2), and my in-laws - we were visiting my extended family. I was concerned that there wouldn't be enough room for us, but it was very comfortable. There was plenty of room so that we didn't feel on top of each other, and it was so great to have a full kitchen, dining room, and separate upstairs so that we could spread out a bit. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace, though probably not as much as I would have liked. Such beautiful views! The location in the heart of Miraflores was perfect and easy to find -- every cabby knew exactly where we were talking about -- and the Vivanda grocery store was so close we walked over just about every day to buy food and supplies. The staff was also very helpful. The doormen were always friendly and willing to help us out when needed. And the manager, Marina, was very sweet and checked in on us to make sure we had every thing we needed. Allen, the owner, also called us a couple of times to make sure our stay was going well. I highly recommend renting this apartment if you're visiting Lima and need more space and time than a hotel can offer. We will definitely be checking in with allen again on our next return trip.

“Safe, Clean, Spacious!” A lovely 2 bed apartment, which is in a safe and nice area and has been kept well, Fruit, water milk was also provided as extra..relaxed and friendly landlord..all in all i had a great and peaceful time in the apartment and look forward to using it again.

“An amazing experience that I wish didn't have to end!” I have always loved traveling to the mountains of Peru due to the abundance of natural beauty and cultural history. I am the type of traveler that seeks natural beauty rather than polluted city settings. Cusco Villas was the perfect choice for my desires! The property itself is not only surrounded by gorgeous mountains and an abundance of nearby historical Incan ruins, it is also filled with gorgeous plants that attract hummingbirds and butterflies, as well as beautiful waterfalls and ponds that are filled with colorful fish! The experience of simply walking through the gardens on the property took me back to a young, lighthearted childlike version of myself that felt the magic that comes with having butterflies flying around me and hummingbirds close enough to see their bright, shiny colors. To add to the awing experience, the villa itself is covered in infinite handcrafted details that continued to surprise me every day throughout my week long stay. The same level of attention to intricate details was given to the food that was made by the private chefs. The chefs continuously provided exquisitely delicious meals that tended to all of my food allergy and organic requirements with a beautiful presentation of the food to top it all off! The experience on the actual property was so wonderful that I often found myself wanting to stay there longer during the day instead of rushing out early to sight-see. However, when I was ready to see the numerous nearby attractions, I always had a driver that would pick me up and spend the day with me taking me to the different attractions that I wanted to see without any trouble. Even though this was my third trip to the mountains of Peru, it definitely stood out of from all of the rest as a spectacular experience that I truly wish didn't have to end. Cusco Villas is definitely a place I plan on enjoying again with friends and family!

“A nice place, just off the ocean” We stayed here in October 2012 and it was a very smooth experience. The doorman was ready for us with keys when we arrived by taxi and we were set to go. A nice, 20 minute stroll to Parque Kennedy or a S/. 5 cab ride. The apartment was well furnished and as anticipated. Thank you Luis!
