“Absolutely wonderful!” The place was amazing. It is very secluded! Couldn't have asked for a better family vacation!

“Great Stay! Everything described and more...” We had a family reunion of siblings and could not of been more happy! (the weather co-operated)! The cabin was beautifully decorated and property well maintained. We cooked in a very well stocked kitchen, with very nice cookware, sharpe knives, and great dishware. Some of us stayed the whole time resting, visiting and catching up...others made the trip to Deadwood to leave some $! Thank you we hope to be back and will ask for High Ridge again.

“Great Weekend at Eagle Vista” We had a great 4 night stay at Eagle Vista. It was the perfect place to stay with friends on Spring Break. The cabin was only minutes from Terry Peak which the skiers greatly enjoyed. It was also very close to Deadwood and we called one of the cab companies Delf suggested to bring us one night. The cabin is beautiful and the perfect size with every amenity listed on the website . The view is unbelievable and we could not get enough of it by spending hours and hours on the deck. My personal favorite part was the large hot tub that had a great view of the mountains. Thanks again Delf for the wonderful cabin and all your help. We will definitely be back next year!

“very nice” The hot water didn't work in the downstairs bathroom. Also, the grill is in very bad shape. Took @ lease an hour to cook hamburgers. Other than that, this was an awesome cabin for families with children!!

“The best as always” Jonna with Deadwood connections is the best to work with! We have been working with her with all of our Northern Black Hills vacation properties. This was a first time staying at this particular property. As always it was awesome! Love the properties in the Gilden Mountain area that Deadwood Connections rents up there. Every property we had stayed at always exceeds our expectations! Thanks Jonna for a beautiful place to stay!!!

“Great time on Terry Peak!” We had a great time staying at the the Home in the Hills during the Sturgis Bike Rally. The location is great! The house itself works well with several couples. We had three (3) couples stay and it was great riding all day and then having a "home" base each evening to enjoy grilling and enjoying the quiet of the Hills! We were pleased we only had to rideon gravel except for a block or 2 on our motorcycles. The weather was a little cooler than we would like, but we still sat on the back deck while grilling and enjoying the quiet, peaceful setting of the Hills. Being close to Lead and Deadwood was a plus to not have to drive many miles to get groceries, etc. We were also very close to Sturgis and the beautiful rides available to motorcyclists. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would like to go back out with our sons and their families one day!!

“Awesome cabin for a family trip!” This is a great cabin with a great location. We booked this cabin for a family trip, my Mom, my two sisters and their families plus our family, 13 people total all stayed together. There was plenty of room for everyone, plus having access to the clubhouse was great. Would recommend this cabin for any occasion.

“Perfect little getaway” What a great cabin! Husband and I stayed there for the 2 time for a long weekend ski trip. Close to both ski resorts. Deadwood Connection is the only way go when traveling to the Northern Hills. This is a great cabin with beautiful views, great outdoor hot tub!

“Perfect accomodations for a large group!” Loved staying here last month with a family group of all ages! Driveway was a bit tricky (very steep) but we conquered it! Great decor, lots of room, plenty of beds and everything we needed for a great,fun stay in the Black Hills!

“Great lodge, great time” Our family of six really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was furnished well. The heated outdoor pool was a huge hit for the kids along with air hockey and pool table. The hot tub on deck of cabin was great.

“An Excellent Time In the Hills” This was our second time renting in the Terry Peak area. Again, this cabin was excellent, it had everything to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the location and the ability to grill on the deck and watch the deer in the yard. The location near town but not too close made it a great spot to use as a base camp. Very comfortable, very clean, and very well equipped...made a very pleasent experience.

“we had a great time” We loved the cabin. We had plenty of room and had a great time. We used the hot tub and it was great. We also cooked all are meals and found the kitchen was short of knives. The bedrooms need a closet. We are planning a family reunion next year and are considering renting one or two cabins. Loved the lodge.

“Fantastic cabin” The cabin was clean, comfortable and cozy. The hot tub was clean and super relaxing (especially in the snow) Kitchen was great. All around great place to stay.

“Family friendly!” This lodge was such a wonderful place to stay especially as we had several young children. From the king-sized beds for the adults down to the bunk beds and high chair for the kids we all had a comfortable stay. The hilly road leading to the lodge also makes for great sledding!

“Awesome Vacation spot!!!” Staying at the Buffalo Loft exceeded our expectations. It was roomy and literally had everything you could possibly need and so much more! It's set in a beautiful mountain setting which couldn't have been better! There is no doubt we are coming back!!! Excellent vacation spot!!! We experience excellent and top rated customer service from Jonna Kandolin with Deadwood connections! Always responded quickly to my concerns and questions. Highly recommended!!!

“Amazing & beautiful cabin!” We had a great stay at Big Pine Lodge. The only issue we had was that the hot tub was not warm (54 degrees- brrr!) when we arrived but the wind had apparently blown the lid off and it had to be refilled right before our arrival. I won't hold nature against any one though. :0) There were 4 couples that enjoyed the stay. If you're going in the winter have a 4WD vehicle as the last turn to the cabin is a steep curving hill. We will definitely consider a repeat stay here!

“Beautiful Home with a great location!” The Whitetail Lodge is a beautiful home! This cabin has tons of space for adults and Kids. We used this home for a girls getaway weekend to Deadwood.The house was spotless and very clean. The Hot Tub is very large and the game room was tons of fun. We can not wait to go back! I would rent this cabin again and again!

“Thoroughly Enjoyable!” We decided to rent a house so we could all stay together for our family skiing vacation. When we arrived the house was only 50 degrees but we turned up the heat and within an hour we were comfortable. Our 3 and 5 year old grandchildren were very excited and couldn't wait to explore the property. There was plenty of room for six adults and two children. We especially appreciated the opportunity to use the "Clubhouse" with the outdoor pool. The pool was bathwater warm on Friday night and we had a great time rolling in the snow and jumping in the warm pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including a grill for hotdogs and hamburgers. We were very close to Terry Peak Ski Resort and we spent Saturday skiing. When we returned home that day, we headed straight to the pool to relax. I jumped in and to my shock found the pool was cold. The grandkids were disappointed but we spent time in the two hot tubs that were available at the Clubhouse. We assume that water had been added to the pool Saturday morning and that it hadn't warmed up yet. Overall I was very pleased with the house, the booking process and our stay in general.
