“Safe area and a very friendly family” I stayed here a couple of weeks and it was the best experience. The area is quiet and has a more genuine feeling than e.g. Miraflores. The family running the place is sweet and helpful and there were always someone to help out, call a cab or give guidance. The apartment was clean and has all you need, and great WiFI. The house felt very safe and the rooftop terrace is just amazing. I definitely recommend anyone to stay here who wants clean, safe and genuine experience of Lima.

“very clean, reasonable, friendly, and cultural.” I'm from Texas and I stayed with my wife, and my kid in angelicas apt. for 2 weeks, it was one of the most interesting, and fun place to be. It was close to nearby store, restaurants, shopping mall, and cultural places in lima. The apartment is situated close to the most important place like the airpot, from there we went to cusco, trujillo,arequipa,and other areas in Peru. The apartment is close to one of the biggest mall in lima, movies, park, museums, etc., etc. The apartment is a bargain ! I feel like it was a give away, because other places for just a room charge 4 times as much, but her place is the whole apartment with great accomodations, you can cook, go the restaurant, and have appliances just like home. very, very clean...its a lot better than paying $200 just for a room in Miraflores. I didnt lose contact with my family or work because it has High speed internet,( she also provide a cell Phone for a very small fee, and security) and 100 plus cable stations. the people are friendly specially the owner, whose a lawyer by profession. Please try Peruvian cooking. its one of the best I had in my life, and I have been to 22 countries in 5 continents, also try Cuy, or the fruit Ganaderia...its wonderful. This Peruvian vacation is cheaper than a plane ticket 1 week to Cancun !!!

“It is a nice quiete place” We have rented the apartment for 5 weeks and stayed there pretty a while. It is a nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood, close to shopping and restaurants in one of the best parts of Lima. I would rent it back if I need to go to Lima.

“Great location and very comfortable” We stayed in this apartment during our 10-day visit to Lima and were very impressed and happy with everything. I travelled with my husband, our 2 young kids (5 and 2), and my in-laws - we were visiting my extended family. I was concerned that there wouldn't be enough room for us, but it was very comfortable. There was plenty of room so that we didn't feel on top of each other, and it was so great to have a full kitchen, dining room, and separate upstairs so that we could spread out a bit. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace, though probably not as much as I would have liked. Such beautiful views! The location in the heart of Miraflores was perfect and easy to find -- every cabby knew exactly where we were talking about -- and the Vivanda grocery store was so close we walked over just about every day to buy food and supplies. The staff was also very helpful. The doormen were always friendly and willing to help us out when needed. And the manager, Marina, was very sweet and checked in on us to make sure we had every thing we needed. Allen, the owner, also called us a couple of times to make sure our stay was going well. I highly recommend renting this apartment if you're visiting Lima and need more space and time than a hotel can offer. We will definitely be checking in with allen again on our next return trip.

“Greta location , great appartment, great expereance” We were in Lima in November. The service we got way more we paid. There is almost everything you need for the best vacation in your life, except there was no Russian cable TV for my mom :). The location is great everything is walking distance and I will come back next year (a few days are not enough to explore Lima) and will recommend to all my friends

“Great Hospitality and friendly staff” Great service, Miss angela was always attentive and willing to help and accommodate us the best way possible. The apartment is very spacious and big, plenty os space for a family of 4. Great location in the event that you need to be close to airport, shopping is close by and the beaches only one hour away to the south. Nice and secure building, well lighted and to reach once inside the building. I will strongly recommend to any body that is looking to stay in Lima for a 1 or 2 week.

“Lima accomodation. Enjoyable stay in San Borja.” This furnished apartment in the San Borja neighbourhood of Lima was just what we were looking for. It is in a quiet area , close to shopping centres & transportation. We spent 17 nights there & were well looked after & enjoyed the spacious accomodation provided at a very fair price. “Comfortable & Secure” After many business trips and having stayed in several Lima Hotels we finally found a great place to stay. Comfortable, secure, quiet & affordable are some of the things that come to mind about the apartment.
