“Fabulous Getaway” We absolutely loved staying at 20 Hawthorne Bank Lane. It was everything we hoped for and more. We loved sitting in the window area that jutted out overlooking the river. We had coffee and breakfast there every morning. We loved having a full size kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. We had 3 nice bathrooms which was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable also. The location was fabulous for us. We stayed during the festival time in august which was quite noisy in the town. But, the townhouse was in a quiet area and was within walking distance of the bus stop. We walked almost everywhere we went. The townhouse is close to restaurants and shops. It was just the perfect place for our family. We were traveling with a 17 year old and 19 year old. They loved our townhouse as well. I would highly recommend this towh house.

“A brilliantly located flat, close to all that richly detailed and historical Edinburgh has to offer.” Top floor flat. Within steps of shopping, eating, and sightseeing. Can see Calton Hill from the bedroom windows. Arthur's seat and the Royal Palace just blocks away. The Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, North Bridge, Princess Street, and Waverly Station are all very close and an easy walk to get to. The washer/dryer unit worked brilliantly! My only complaint would be the huge construction site job that started very early every morning! Very noisy. As the windows in the flat are quite drafty and allowed all that noise in as if they were wide open. Overall, we would definitely rent this flat again when we return to Scotland.

“Lovely Location and stunning views from Terrace of the Apt” If walking upstairs to 4th floor is not a problem, I highly recommend this Apt. Airport bus drops you right close to Waverley station which is minutes walk from Apartment. Royal mile st across it where most of the famous attractions are. Well maintained by owner!

“We loved it!!” We been very warmed welcom by the landlord David. The cottage was very good equiped with dishing mashine, washing machine and all you need in a kitchen, comfortable beds, TV, WiFi, etc. There is also a nice bar at the hotel beside. a fantastic view over Linlithgow and the castle at the other side of Linlithgow Loch. Itis quit close to Edinburg and some other cities. We loved it and we will be back some time!!

“Beautiful, affordable and well-equipped flar” The flat is really tidy and well equipped.With the supermarket just around the corner and the city centre in such short walking distance, we feel like we really made an excellent decision, when choosing this flat. Edinburgh is really worth the travel.We will certainly book this lovely flat on our next trip to Edinburgh.

“Fantastic accomodation and location” We hired this beautiful townhouse for a hen weekend and it was perfect. All the bedrooms were individual and amazingly decorated, the living room was a great size and very cosy, and the kitchen had everything that could be needed. Everything was of excellent quality and the little touches really made it special. We got a bus from the airport with a 10 min walk from Fountain Park, but a taxi back was under £20. Perfect location, a lovely walk into the centre of Edinburgh. I would highly recommend no 32 for any large groups visiting Edinburgh for a special occasion.

“Felt so at home” This is a wonderful base if you are visiting Edinburgh. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and fantastically located. We loved looking out onto Edinburgh Castle. “excellent accomadation” Would like to thank Sav who kept in touch with myself at all time's as soon as we booked this apartment, We booked it for 9 girls (all family) to collect my daughters wedding dress and travelled from aberdeen. I had looked at hotel's in Edinburgh and to be honest it worked out same price So we decided to book here as the pictures in the website was just what we needed. When we arrived Sav was there to meet us (lovely woman) with a big smile this place is spotless and large and everything you need. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a clean spotless and Luxury apartment, and that's not even saying about the garden outside would be lovely in summer months Thanks again Sav your a star

“Fantastic location and house” We recently rented Toftcombs house for a family celebration. It was just perfect from the sunshine on arrival & Claire's helpfulness to the suitability for all ages of the house. Our dogs came too and they were home from home in front of the aga. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a large house, close to amenities with the scale to accomodate all ages.
