Easy short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Love the option of eating in or dining out. Bric office within walking distant or phone call away. Great suggestions for activities, dining and night life. Everyone is so nice!!! We will be back !!!

“lovely accomodations, very clean and concierge service wonderful” We love this property, having stayed in the past, but this was a new unit to us. The amount of space was great to accommodate the five of us, which is not easy to find in an apartment. The concierge service was personal and tried some new restaurants on his recommendation. Overall a great experience, would go back!

“Perfect!” We have been going to Cozumel since 2003, and have stayed all over the island. Condumel by far is the most beautiful, tranquil, and peaceful place we've found.Their are no neighbors on either side and the location is ideal. We are divers, so want to be in the water as much as possible.The reviews about the snorkeling being good is absolutely true. “A Beautiful Week In Playa” We had 6 adults stay in this 3 bedroom condo. The master bedroom was gorgeous and the king-sized bed was ok. The middle bedroom had 2 queen sized beds which were comfortable. The small bedroom was very small and had a fan instead of aC. There was a small bedside table on one side and nothing on the other. We ended up setting up our luggage as a small table on the other side to put water and phone etc. The bed in the small bedroom was more comfortable than the king sized bed in the Master bedroom. The bathrooms are fine and overall the place was very clean. There were plenty of towels and the sheets were changed on the 3rd and 5th days. We did have an issue with the stove - if it is not turned off correctly, there is an odor of gas. We had to have maintenance show us the trick. The beach was gorgeous and Gabrielle was there to get us chairs and umbrellas everyday. Also, we could get beach/pool side service from Fusion and ate there a few times too. There was never an issue of not finding a chair even though a lot of the units were filled. The location of the condo is great if you have children. We happen to be 6 adults on vacation the same week that a lot of families were on vacation. Being poolside was nice but we had a lot of kids in the pool at all times. Although the property manager did make sure the kids were not overly loud and playing catch, etc. the pool seemed to always be occupied with kids. I think I would get a beachfront or maybe a roof condo if I came back with no kids. The location of the complex was perfect. We were within walking distance of 5th ave, the ferry and even Walmart.

“Wonderful Vacation!” My family of 6 stayed in Luna Encantada C3 for one week and had the best vacation ever! The unit was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The men at the front gate and the beach were extremely friendly and very eager to help with bags or putting up a beach umbrella. The location is absolutely perfect, with an amazing beach and great dining just steps away. We would love to return!

“Fantastic Family Getaway” Our family of 8 were originally booked to stay at El Faro during Spring Break, but after some double booking by El Faro's management company, we lost our reservation. However, the manager at El Faro helped us find Luna Encantada. We were leary because we didn't know anything about the Luna. I have to say we were thrilled once we got there. The hotel is clean, well maintained. The pool was heated (which the grandkids loved compared to El Faro's freezing pool the year before.) There was actually a beach-the sand washes away every year in certain areas in Playa and this year some beach-front hotels were actually ocean-front. So we had lovely beach, plenty of beach chairs, 2 beach servers who were just wonderful-I wish I could remember their names! Our apartment had 3 bedrooms with a rooftop that had hammocks, chairs, tables and most important-a BBQ grill. We spent several nights cooking at home, visiting and just spending time together. We worried that 8 people and 2 bathrooms would be a problem, but it never was. We will definitely stay here again. Luna Encantada is centrally located and a wonderful place to stay. Oh, and the management company, Playa Beach Getaways is incredibly organized. We had all the information we needed. If you've never been to Playa they send you so much information on what to expect, what to do, and where to go you'll feel completely prepared. Go and have fun!

“Great location, great views, great condo” Five of us just returned from a week in Luna Encantada C-1 and I can't say anything but positives about the experience. The condo is just as advertised and even better than the pictures show. The location of the condo is perfect, just half of a block from the center of Fifth Avenue and right on the water. We loved being next door to Fusion, the food and drinks are as good as any in Playa del Carmen and the live music in the evenings was great. Jorge and the other guys who work on the beach were great when it came to setting up our chairs and umbrellas in the morning and running for drinks and food throughout the day. They work hard for their money and we always tipped them well at the end of every day. The housekeeping every other day was a real plus for us and they kept the place spotless. The highlight of the week was when our son got engaged to his girlfriend at dinner Wednesday evening! It made the rest of the week even more perfect!!! About the only negative thing I can say about C-1 was the shower heads were partially clogged but it was a minor inconvenience that could be fixed with a little bit of vinegar overnight. All in all, this was a perfect vacation for us all and we can't wait to go back again.

“Fantasic villa, fantastic staff, fantastic stay” Enormous villa with beautiful bedrooms and gorgeous indoor/outdoor living area opening onto a pool and tethered to the unique local landscape by the surrounding vegetation and a spring-fed rock lagoon. But what makes this villa special is the friendly staff, for whom no courtesty or comfort was too small to overlook.

“Amazing views and very spacious” This was the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed the stay at this condo very much. It has amazing views and very easy access to beach. The condo was super clean and provided with all the luxury furniture. I recommend staying here without doubt.

“Great accommodations for a really vacation spot!” I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Dodo Residence during my stay. It is centrally located which makes toe whole city accessible by foot, bike or taxi. I would recommend the Dodo to anyone!

“Fantastic” The Service was very good; the apartment is so nice and the location is perfect,with a super panorama in a golf club. Everything into the apartment is clean,the bedrooms and bathrooms are so nices and there is a spacious kitchen if you want to cook there... I would love to came back anytime,it's a wonderful place. Playa del Carmen is a unequaled place,to able to offer the best of carribe and mexico,you can walk in a beautifules white beaches and submerge yourself in a crystal clear turquoise water. Enjoy yourself with the mexican food. You can be witness to the nature and the wonder maya's civilization. You can dive in one of the most beautifules places on the world. “Awesome experience” We had a wonderful time at the condo. The service and the staff there is excellent and the condo is very luxurious. We enjoyed every moment and took advantage to take a dip in the ocean every morning. It's so great, that the beach is only steps away.
