“WOW, what a beautiful place to stay!” We (2 couples in our 40's) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb 2015. From the minute we were picked up from the airport and driven to our villa until we left, we had the best experience. Iluh (who met us when we arrived) was gorgeous. Helpful, friendly, full of information and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Wyan, who made us beautiful breakfast on 3 of the mornings and made sure we had everything we needed for the Sunday morning breakfast, was wonderful. The gardens were amazing. Not a leaf on the ground and everything left perfect. The villa is everything that the pictures show. The toilet pressure is low but nothing that the handheld hose can't sort out and the showers are hot and water is a plenty. It is a tropical area so don't forget the bug spray but the villa also has some there for you to use. We too did lose power in a storm one night but the villa had plenty of candles for us to use and you're on holidays so it's not that big a deal. All the villa's were in the same boat so we just sat back and waited for it to pass. There is a big fridge were you can put drinks or anything else you need so we were fine. The villa is situated a little out of Seminyak, it is walkable but only costs about $4 for a taxi so, again, not a big deal. The quiet you get from staying a bit away is worth far more than $4! The contact we received from Manuela was great and I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again one day. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great holiday.

“Great villa with nice view at sunset in Bali see” We spend 11 nights at villa Mente and enjoyed the luxury of the villa, the pool and it's staff. We made several daytrips but we also stayed some days relaxing at the pool. Komang does the household and coocking. She made our holiday and stay at villa Mente unforgettable. Many thanks! “Excellent stay in beautiful Bali” We stayed in Bali the week after celebrating Christmas in our current hometown Singapore. Bali was just beautiful and very relaxing. The home was in an excellent condition and the service outstanding. The staff made sure we had a very relaxing holiday without any worries or stress. The food was excellent…….better than in many restaurants. If you want to join a beautiful relaxing holiday without any hassle and lots of cultural experience, this is the place to go….

“A little piece of Paradise” Beautiful villa set in equally beautiful surroundings, the ideal place to just sit and watch the world go by. Spend six days here split between just sitting around chilling out and being a bit more adventurous seeing the local attractions. Made the housekeeper was a wonderful cook and person who it seemed nothing was too much for. Gede was also always on hand to offer suggestions on possible excursions and organise them for you with his drivers Kadek and Putou who were also excellent. Then on top of that there was the gardener and night time security guard just to make sure everything was perfect. What more could you want?

“Great place and location” Fantastic place in an awesome and beautiful location. Further enough away from the hustle and bustle for peace and quiet but still fairly close to bars, places to eat etc. The dogs were super friendly and made our stay very happy!! Gil was very friendly and helpful with local places to eat and things to do, however did not realise that he would be staying at the property as well when it was booked, though this was not too much of a problem as his company was pleasant. Staff were great as were the amenities. Would have liked to stay for another couple of nights!
